Allow other users to be added to unlinked appointments
Instead of having to add the appointment for every person involved in that appointment. It would be as simple as adding an assistant in a session.

Other users can be added to unlinked appointments. Just double-click to open the appointment, then in the lower right, click Advanced Calendar Options. This gives you a tab (right next to General) called Calendar. Go to this tab, and at the bottom, check to select as many users as you want to! Another cool thing you can do is display multiple calendars, then right click to copy and paste an appointment. Hope this helps!
