For the online booking preference, have the Student ID as an option to pull up their record
And to add to this, we don't want students to add a new client record since they may already be in the system. Parents are adding their name and not the student's name hence the reason for using Student ID's as the record locator and would prefer that this is an only option. Also, would there be a way for anyone with a previous appointment scheduled that they cannot schedule another one without calling the studio.

Or even use this field for their username when we create their login for them. Sometimes the schools won't give us an email address for the student.
