Develop a utility to provide organization updates to a specific contact listed for that organization. For example, a utility that you can turn on or off for a yearbook advisor or admin at an organization to give them a specified report or update at a chosen interval (weekly, biweekly, monthly). The report could be an attachment they can print out or embedded, but ideally attached. And as the studio if you don't want it on for certain organizations, you leave it turned off.

Another option would be to create an area that an advisor could login to view the organization's photographed list, perhaps yearbook selections, and so forth. But the first seems easier to accomplish given the existing framework and utilities.
