Notes Pages - Why Can't I Print the Page?
When I go to the "Notes" page on an appointment, I don't see any way to print out or format the notes.
While the formatting of the notes might be considered as an enhancement to many, the ability to print out a "dump" of everything in the Client and Status Notes is a program anomaly that should be addressed immediately.
The ability to print out appointment notes is actually already a feature. By checking the box “Print these Notes” on the Notes tab of an appointment, the Notes will be included when printing the Appointment Confirmation. The setting can also be turned on as the default for appointment records by going to Maintenance > Preferences > Company Preferences > Reports tab > ‘Default Appointment Notes to Print’. If these settings are not visible or not how the feature is working, please contact our support department.
