allow client triggers to access family members birthdays to send greetings and specials
We want to be able to set up triggers for family members based on birthdays to automatically send text or email greetings to the family members. Currently we can only use the main client birthday.

The ability to use Family Member’s Birthdays in a trigger is actually already a feature! It’s currently linked with the setting to use the Main Contact’s birthday when setting up a trigger. Check out this link for more informationL

It would also be nice to get a report of all upcoming birthdays with a filter or in a date range like "Show all birthdays between Feb 1 2018 & Feb 28, 2018" That way more important clients to you could be identified and sent a card in the mail or get a call, etc.

This is something that I'm waiting for for a long time!!!
It would be awesome to be able to send the kids a birthday card!
