YES! We've been using Acuity Scheduler for several years. We've used others in the past but none compare to Acuity in both features & flexibility as well as price. We have Spectra so thank goodness I guess for Google syncing but it does involve a lot of double entry into Spectra's client screen and appointment calendar. It would be great if somehow Spectra and Acuity could work together and bypass Google.

There are (and always have been I think) 4 options in the drop down in Spectra for printing; 1: Invoice and image detail sheet, 2: Invoice only, 3: detail sheet only & 4: Contact sheet

That option is there now. We always have the automated sitting # first. When we have Spectra assign a session number, it populates the session number field with the session number and then we type the last name & first name and then hit "save". Hand typing the name in after the session number allows us to also identify the session in a more specific way if we want like 58877 wilson management group or [52144 smith grandchildren] ((Especially helpful when Mrs.Smith has had us do numerous sessions and we want to open the session we did of her grandchildren)
