I have clients all the time who want to email me something and wait on the phone for me to receive it so that we can discuss it. This was never a problem until we switched our emails to Stratus.

I thought there was something wrong with our setup as it was taking 10 minutes or more to receive an email from a client. I posted this problem on Facebook only to find out that the program doesn't send and receive emails in real time. It batches them.

This should be unacceptable to the software engineers and everyone else at Studio Plus. Let's get it fixed......please???
