Have user (and assistant) options for Appointment Types. E.g. with Sales we have a Salesperson plus an Assistant.
We would like to save time having to go through the "Advanced Calendar Options" by simply having certain appointment types default to a user and a 2nd user.
Yes - why can we specify a session to an specific user, but not an appointment?

You can use the Advanced Calendar and add as many Users as you like, and it will show up on all those users calendars provided they have one.
