Since phone technology has changed so much over the years, most clients no longer have landlines. Especially for senior portrait clients, the main phone number is usually the parent's but we list the client as the student. It would be helpful to be able to assign a name to the first phone number so we know who we're calling. It's nice for all the other phone numbers listed we can assign the names to them. Some parents do not like to give out their child's phone number. Also, if we put the child's number first, that comes out as the phone number to call on the invoice when things are ready. We don't want that -- we want to call the parent. Hope this makes sense to you.
