Right now, the email generated when you invite a guest to view a session seems to be hardcoded as I cannot find where to change it. I think it should use a form letter with a preconfigured Control Center Job so that you can change the letter. If the email configuration makes this too sticky a wicket, then just hide the send functionality and make it a special kind of form letter that doesn't need to have a trigger to fire itself off. I'd like my referrals to have more information and a different tone to the email (tone isn't bad, it's just breezy whereas some brands will want a different tone... you don't email your lawyer, "Hey there, Check out my...").
