ability to change an invoice into an estimate when client decides not to pay for order
Often people come in to view photos, saying they are buying -- you put it together on an invoice and then at the end, they say it is too much and they are going to think about it.....Would like to be able to switch it to estimate.... so that we don't pay commission -- and a sale never comes in!

If the invoice has a payment, you can’t make it an estimate.

Add the option of digital signature on an order form
In order for studios to go paperless can you add in an option to allow customers to sign off orders/ invoices with a digital signature to reduce the need for multiple print outs of orders and confirmations.

Online Scheduling - Have Categories for Session Types
Presently, the only way (at least from what I have been told) to organize the order session types appear online is through the session types table (by moving them up or down).
This creates unnecessary confusion for the end user, especially when the studio offers senior, baby, family and business executive sessions.
This can be partially resolved by adding a field for "category" for each session type. Then, once the category is assigned ("Seniors, "Babies", etc.), the session types coiuld be grouped on screen.

Add ability to make a Blank Line Item
Would like to be able to Add a Blank Line Item to an Order and manually enter the description.
