Online Scheduling - Have Categories for Session Types
Presently, the only way (at least from what I have been told) to organize the order session types appear online is through the session types table (by moving them up or down).
This creates unnecessary confusion for the end user, especially when the studio offers senior, baby, family and business executive sessions.
This can be partially resolved by adding a field for "category" for each session type. Then, once the category is assigned ("Seniors, "Babies", etc.), the session types coiuld be grouped on screen.
If you want to see how to handle this, take a look at Acuity's online appointment system. They have session type categories, and make it even better by offering direct links to specific session types so that the end user doesn't have to wade through the different options in the appointment system.
If you are srious about growing your online apointment business, this really has to hapen quick.
