  1. Online Booking - Provide Main Categories with Session Types as Sub Items

    This idea was posted before and was closed for some reason before its completion.

    We need to update the online booking experience with StudioPlus to be more user friendly. One way to do this is to have "Categories" for the Products and Services bing offered. In our case, we would set up the following categroies:
    Baby Portraits
    Child Portraits
    Family Portraits
    Executive Portraits
    Senior Portraits

    The sole purpose of each of these categories is to serve as a link to the actual session types which can be scheduled. Right now, we would have to list a dozen or so different…

  2. Make auto correct an option.

    We sometimes want to type in company names in all caps and Spectra used to let us do so but now it auto corrects it to have only the first letter capitalized. IBM should not be Ibm.

  3. Clients can pay by credit card by link. Similar to Quickbooks payments. You send the invoice and they click a link securely to pay.

  4. Create coupon codes for online booking

    Like IBY, it would be fabulous to be able to create a limited time coupon code for sessions in the online booking interface-- ex. all sessions between 7/5 and 7/15 are $10 off!

  5. Invoice Tab Should Have Green Dot When Fully Paid

    Currently, on the client page, the invoice tab has either no dot, a yellow dot, or a red dot. The red dot indicates an open balance that is late and the yellow dot indicates an open balance that is current. I think a green dot should be present to indicate a paid balance. The absence of any dot should indicate no invoice has been generated. Therefore, no dot will be a warning to create an invoice.

  6. Add the ability to create invoices and payments on Mobile

    Would like to have invoice and payment records viewable and editable from the mobile app – taking payments in the mobile app would be great as well.

  7. Payment will not save if it did not clear

    If a payment does not go through the processor, that it will not save in the database. I have found a few times that it saved, but did not go though due to an error or a decline. Can be a loss if not caught

  8. Communications Tab - Show Email Date AND Time

    A column for the time needs to be added next to the date of emails, etc. in the Communications tab. Many times, we have multiple emails from a client in the same day, and the time of receipt would be a real help.

  9. Email Delivery and Read indication when using Studio Plus Mail via SendGrid

    In the same way that it is possible to see if an email delivery address has failed or has been blocked, it would be great if we could see if the email has been delivered and opened within Spectra. This information is available via SendGrid so would be beneficial if it could be incorporated

  10. Remove formatting rules from data entry fields

    A couple of examples as well as someone's recent suggestion regarding auto correct, when typing 2 consecutive capital letters as a first name it reverts the second letter to lower case (workaround is inserting a space between letters, also when entering a hyphenated name it reverts the first letter of the second name to lower case (again the workaround is to insert unnecessary spaces)

  12. Enable the use of tokens in the subject line of HTML emails

    We have scores of HTML emails that we send out for various reasons. Where appropriate, we use tokens in the body of the email to personalize the email. It would be great if we could do that for the email subject line, to encourage more opens and personalize the subject matter. " Thanks for your inquiry [[ Mary ]]"

  13. A couple of extra custom fields

    There is space in the Client - General tab for two more fields at the bottom of the middle column. If they were custom fields, it would allow a bit more space for those of us who need to keep a lot of repetitive data.

  15. Online Scheduling - Have Categories for Session Types

    Presently, the only way (at least from what I have been told) to organize the order session types appear online is through the session types table (by moving them up or down).

    This creates unnecessary confusion for the end user, especially when the studio offers senior, baby, family and business executive sessions.

    This can be partially resolved by adding a field for "category" for each session type. Then, once the category is assigned ("Seniors, "Babies", etc.), the session types coiuld be grouped on screen.

  16. Create a tool to delete a group of time slots easily.

    Would be great to be able to easily "close" a day and remove available time slots. For example, if you just created a whole Saturday's worth of session availability for Labor Day weekend, when your studio is closed.

    Allow IBY Username and Password to be variable data fields for emails.

    The clients InspiredByYou login data fields can not be setup as data fields since the clients can reset the password, and that reset password does not get updated in Spectra / myStratus.

    The first time you upload a client Session to InspiredByYou, you can use the data fields you setup in Maintenance / Preferences / InspiredByYou Preferences – Company Tab – UserName and Password.

    Example: If you set up the User name as Client Email, you would insert the Data Field Client – Email.

  18. Time slots -When one online time slot is scheduled, disable other Time slots in that same time frame

    We offer several different session types, in a range of time frames. It would be helpful if, for example, once a session is booked for the 3:00-4:00 hour, all other time slots for that resource in that time frame could be disabled, instead of automatically allowing the conflict. The fact that this is not an option currently makes it impossible for us to allow two of our session types to be booked online.

  19. Overtime calculations

    on the time sheet reports I would love to have it automatically calculate overtime according to user input. IE: either by 8 hours in a work period or 40 hours in a week.

  20. Report for all Loyalty Rewards for all Clients

    Would like a report to show the balance for Loyalty Rewards for ALL Clients that are in the data. Easier then opening each one to view the total they have.
