  1. Add a Next Available button for Calendar Sessions and Appointments

    I'd love for our customer service team to be able to quickly jump to the next available opening for a session type or appointment type. They'd obviously have to select the type first, but then click a button that would jump them to the next opening be it in 2 days, 2 weeks or 2 months, rather than visually inspecting the calendar for openings.

  3. Add appointments to todays snapshot (for virtual in person sessions)

    to be able to see the number of sessions and number of appointments in the snapshots so that studios doing virtual sessions can see the number of sales sessions

  4. add 'Apply to all locations' button when setting up company preferences

    Currently you need to go and set up preferences for each location, it is very tedious and time consuming to make sure all the information was entered correctly and it all matches.

  6. Provide an update to support High Resolution Screens

    Many of us are using high resolution 4k + screens these days and the mystratus (as far as I know) will not support them resulting in pixelated fonts making the software look and feel very dated to use.

  7. Send Images to Lab: XML Configuration

    The Stratus Send To Lab utility will send images and/or an XML file to a print lab's FTP site for order production. Currently the XML document is a basic file template, and can't be used by our lab, and possibly other labs, in its current format. Could Stratus either A) have lab choices available for whom we know the XML templates will work; example is a drop down menu with Miller's, Richmond pro lab, ACI, Whitehouse, etc. or B) through the Vendors tool, allow more input fields in the vendor table so we can enter the critical XML information needed…

  8. "Yearbook cd include an option to use client organization instead of session organization"

    Students change their school and it get's changed in the client field, but the session remains the old school and it's caused us to leave out senior portraits. Very BAD! I would like the option to select client organization export instead of session organization so that we have the option even if it takes longer to do the export.

  9. Add Yearbook File Numbers to the CD Export

    Yearbook CD's can rename files by "last name, first name." I would love it if the image number could be added to that (Smith Mike 0001). It would save me several days of work instead of manually adding them myself.

    Have the ability to view a password being entered into the program, such as for email. You are not able to see if you made any mistakes at all.

  11. Create recurring invoices

    I would like the ability to create recurring invoices. I have clients who I do marketing for that are billed every month. I have to manually create the invoices every month for every client as well as process the payment manually. It would be awesome to have where the invoice could be created automatically and then paid when the service is performed. I also do web hosting and have to bill my clients annually for hosting services. Having an annual invoice created would be awesome!

  12. "Ability to color the date under invoice hub column for approximate delivery date red if date is past due"

    Like how we can currently see when a call is past due - Or at least when we design a report for the past due to show up as red.

  13. First field is active when record is open, be able to turn it off

    It would be nice if we could turn off having the first field active in a record as sometimes it gets changed without the user knowing.

  14. Change html email before sending

    When manually sending an email (from template), it is not possible to change anything in the text (body) or subject. That's too bad. We would love to see that changed.

  15. Add a numerical sortable custom field to the client page

    Add a numerical sortable field on the FRONT of the client page, right underneath OTHER 4 / Custom 4 . To work with $ fields? commas, i.e $1,234,567 ? or 1,234,567 ? ...the one reason we all need this field is to import the dollar value of a contacts home price (fb data) and sort and filter by that field. SOOOOON PLEASE Release 2021

  17. Add salesperson tracking by account

    We have more than one saleperson. A salesperson is assigned to the account they were responsible for landing. Currently there is no way for us to know when a salesperson would receive a commission on sales, as we don't know if it was their account that sales were made on.

    Therefore, it would be great to have the ability to associate an account with a salesrep (similar to products), and then anytime an invoice is created for that account, the salesrep ID/commission rate is automatically calculated on all items sold (or even better a way to override individually items in…

  18. Commission by employee not by position.

    As we grow I have Sr. and Jr. photographers/salespeople. Jr. staff won't get the same commission as Sr. staff...but the current setup in Stratus doesn't allow that.

  19. provide a way to link phone call recordings to the client

    Currently receive voicemail into stratus messages - have to manually attach to client - BUT - would like to have phone call recordings through our phone system ALSO be attachable to the client...or automatically do so if the number is recognized. Important!!
