Add a check box for "Inactive" in Form Letter Builder to easily mark a letter inactive, like HTML Email Builder.
Would make it easier to clear out old Form Letters, just add and 'Inactive' check box like those of HTML Email Builder.

This would be more convenient than the current method of selecting through the Letter Properties. I would also like to see the "Hide Inactive" check box changed to "Show Inactive". I don't understand why all the inactive form letters need to be shown in the list in the default setting. We have hundreds of inactive letters & need to select this box each time we access the window to minimise our list.
