Verify client data for existing accounts in online booking.
Clients with existing accounts at present are not asked to provide or verify any contact information while booking online. Just like when creating a new online booking account, clients should be required to verify information before booking--otherwise we could end up with sessions booked with no way to contact the client!

Perhaps the studio could be allowed to set New Client Creation on/off at the session type level or for an organization, rather than globally. As others have stated, we have organizations for which we don't want clients creating new (duplicate accounts). But we have non organization based clients for which we'd want them to create new accounts, add/edit contact information.
Beyond that, I also support the idea of allowing customers to confirm or edit contact information when booking. We have some schools that don't provide contact information to us - so we can't call, text or email confirm if they client doesn't enter it online.

Yes please add this request. When we have an incorrect number or the number for another family member in the client card and there is a booking, its poor customer service not having the ability to contact the person who made the actual booking. Please can we have this added in.

I agree 100%!!! We had to disable clients from creating a new client online, but in the current client when booking it doesn't require them to put a phone number or email in. We book 2000+ clients withing a 3 month span, and we CAN NOT have them creating themselves a new client, but on the other hand we need them to put their number in so we can confirm them...

The way we plan an addressing this is with an online web form that is triggered by the making of the online appointment with fields for the information we want to make sure we have (parent name, parent cell number, parent email address, school name, etc.).
As I understand it, Stratus will self populate the web form fields with any information is has already, thereby giving the parent/student an opportunity to make sure it is correct via the web form.
