An error occurred while saving the comment Ahmed Ismail commentedThe way we plan an addressing this is with an online web form that is triggered by the making of the online appointment with fields for the information we want to make sure we have (parent name, parent cell number, parent email address, school name, etc.).
As I understand it, Stratus will self populate the web form fields with any information is has already, thereby giving the parent/student an opportunity to make sure it is correct via the web form.

An error occurred while saving the comment Ahmed Ismail commentedThis is VERY important. Our kids do NOTHING other than show up for the appointment (if their parents remind them).
They are NOT our clients, the parents are. Right now, we end up loading the student as the client and loading the parent's email address.
This kind of workaround makes for clunky personalization of emails, especially when you don't have mapped fields for each relationship.
The parent drives the spending--they arethe one we need to have the ability to personalize emails to, etc.

An error occurred while saving the comment Ahmed Ismail commentedThis could be accomplished if Stratus had mappable webform links for a certain number of relationships. Then, when shown on the webform the infomration would be pre-loaded from your database and the client could update it if needed.
I think you may be able to do this by using your custom fields in the client or session record and mapping them to your databse through the field linking on the bottom of the webform item.
That way, the most recent webform will have the most recent information uploded to it from your database. If it is a field you don't want the client to be able to update, you would have to check the "read only" check box on the web form iten screen for that particular item.
