Email invoice to client using form letter with invoice attached.
We email invoices to our clients. Currently we use a form letter in the body of the email. We then attach the invoice that we earlier exported. It would be helpful if we could choose our form letter and to attach the invoice in one step.

You can do this via the Form Letter Properties. You want to select the option to “Auto-Attach a copy of the invoice when emailing or using as a Contract”.

you can auto-attach an invoice to an Invoice type of form letter, in the Form Letter Properties. Then select the template from the invoice and the invoice pdf will already be attached.
