PLEASE allow for all caps in a name like IBM or a clients name RJ
Allow ALL CAPS in a name like IBM, ABC, or a client's 1st name RJ. This is a no-brainer to add.

We shouldn't have to hit F3 or add a character to get all caps to work in a name.
