Production Order Report - Make Columns Variable
When printing the Production Order Status Report, the "Company Name" is a fixed column that could be substituted with something that might be more useful like Organization Name or any number of fields.

Allow inventory for Color Options
I like the new inventory idea and that great for fixed products like "USB"
Its not so great for say 6x8 frame with 3 color options, here I don't need to know that I have 150 6x8 frames I need to know I have say 40 pewter, 10 black and 100 brown. one frame might outsell the others color wise. of course if there is a way to do this let me know but I have not been able to see it?

Add feature to bulk time slot
Currently when using the bulk create time slot feature you can choose not to create a time slot if a session already exists. Can you add another option to not create a time slot if a time slot already exists?
We don't create back to back time slots to save on labor. When time slots fill up we will add more to fill up the day. If we don't enter the correct start time, then we will accidentally double-book the time slots.3 votes -

Eliminate duplicate session statuses from session search by session status drop down.
When searching for sessions by session status, the drop down to select status has multiple duplicate entries when only one entry per status should be listed so as not to scroll through looking through so many duplicates to find the one you are looking for. I can provide a screen shot upon request.

Client NUMBER then LAST name
It woud be great to be able to label our client sessions as Client Number, then Client Last Name so we can organise our shoots on our server in session order.

Allow a date on the small calendar (right side) to be color coded so that we can quickly find dates held for special sessions
We hold two dates a week for senior sessions. They change each week to allow for availability but we have to click on every day in order to identify them every time we schedule a client.

Communication problem with texts and emails-responses go to wrong client.
Communication problem with texts and emails. When you text or email a client and they text or email back...that response is attached to the oldest client associated with that email or text. For example: We send a text to Susie Smith, Class of 2017. Her response comes back to Stan Smith, Class of 2010. We are constantly have to track back who the response is actually for. It would be awesome if the client number somehow attached to the text or email so the response would go to the correct client record.

Invoicing Type Option
It would be nice to see...at checkout and under "Invoice Type" to have the option to choose what kind of client/invoice you are cashing out. I'm both a studio and a photo lab and would like to see that. This process would make it easier to track sales between my retail sector of my business vs. the professional side.

Allow custom time code categories in the Timeclock
Expand the time code categories within the timeclock, which now are Regular, Vacation, Holiday, Sick. I'd love to expand that list for certain departments or jobs for both reporting and tracking purposes, as well as potentially payroll purposes (paying a different rate for a different job).
For example, we could add to our drop down departments or positions such as On Location photography, Studio Photography, Digital Production, Packaging. Or we could add other categories like Maternity Leave, Bereavement Leave, and so on.

Have the option to POP OUT the WORKFLOW HUB to it's own separate window.
If the Workflow hub can pop out to it's own separate window, then users can have their schedule, calendar, client list, etc up on a separate monitor at the same time! Multitasking! VOTE FOR ME!!!!

It would be helpful to export total actual tax dollars collected per month vs just showing tax along with adding a 2nd line for service tax.
In IL we have a service tax (10% of normal tax) besides regular tax. It would be nice to be able to distinguish tax rate for each line item. Plus to be able to export a tax report of monthly actual tax collected not just what is on the clients invoice. Right now all reports show tax whether paid or outstanding.

Give me the option of not moving images together in presentations when I chose multiple images so I do not have to drag them back in

Add ability to rotate "Client Image" on Client "home" page.
When inserting a client's picture on their informational 'Home" page, the verticals come in as horizontals. It would be great to be able to rotate the picture.

Ability to Sell Hourly retainers
Have a way to sell retainers for so many hours, instead of having a calendar to pick one specific day. For example be able to use online booking to pay for 40 hours for a month, and track the ability to deduct those hours.
