Allow for a second Lead Source to be entered for a client as more info is useful here
sometimes they called us because they got a mailer, but we need to retain how we got their name to send them the mailer. So, 1) lead source 2) booking instigator???

Multiple lead sources is something we struggle with also. I don't necessarily think that 2 lead sources is better than one because where do you stop when clients come from multiple promotions? Technically there could be unlimited requirements. Our work around is that we use the lead source field for the current lead source & we use groups to track all previous lead source information.

...but what if the person comes in again in 6 months when they receive a new promo piece? I'd suggest that the way you got their name (as a Lead) should be the Lead Source, while each promo you send out would be best tracked as a Session Promotion. Hope this helps!
