When Selecting "Clients" in the top tool bar
Activate the cursor in the Search box automatically. 99% of the time, I'm searching by Last Name, and having to place the cursor in the search box is one extra step. No matter what is in the "Search By" box, the cursor should be activated in the search box.

I like this idea but obviously if the search criteria is a list in a drop down box then the curser would be irrelevant. Maybe in that case the list could automatically show & then we would only need to scroll instead of having to display then scroll.
