  1. Print the invoice & image detail together

    I'd like a way to print an invoice & image detail together, so they can be printed on the same sheet of paper (2 sided) or emailed together. We print a lot of sports invoices and need all of the information to show to ensure that the order is correct, so end up needing 2 pieces of paper. Would also be nice to have just one PDF to attach to an email as well. Now, I print the invoices, turn the paper over, put back in the printer and print the image detail on the back. Takes a lot of…

  3. We would love to have the color on the calendar to be different for the photographer versus the assistant.

  4. Add Apple/Google Pay and PayPal to payment options

    More and more clients ask us if we accept PayPal or Apple/Google Pay. Currently we have to have a second merchant account to accept them because myStratus can't accept them.

  5. Save Column Chooser settings for file>Client search (ctrl+L)

    In the Client Search (Ctrl L) you can currently use the column chooser, but those settings are not preserved if you return to search.

    If you are in the middle of creating a hub report, it is helpful to be able to pull up a client using Ctrl+L if they call or come in, without losing your progress in a hub report.

  6. Be able to set yearbook selection cut off by school year

    It would be helpful to be able to say for the class of 2018 at John Smith High School, the cut off for yearbook selections is September 15 2017, and then when we add the class of 2019-- set a seperate yearbook cutoff date.

    If you forget to change the date before you start a new season of seniors, everything that gets uploaded to IBY still has the previous years' cut off date, which means they cannot make a YB selection. To fix, you have to reupload everything that's been photographed for the current year.

  7. Make scheduled communications dynamic

    Would be wonderful to be able to create a schedule of reminders for a season, so that on specific dates you could send emails via communication center to a group of clients based on data at that point-- so you could schedule Senior Portrait reminders for July 4, August 1, etc, in May or June, and the mailing list would update itself depending on the data at the scheduled mailing date.

  8. Allow lists of Triggers, Session Time Slots, etc. to be sorted, filtered, etc.

    We have 120+ different triggers, and it would be helpful to be able to simply sort them to view in alphabetical order. I can't find any rhyme or reason to how they are listed, so a lot of time is spent scrolling through the list to find what I need.

  11. Have an "add hyperlink" option when sending a blank email or editing a form letter from the client communication screen.

    While I have templates set up with all our most commonly used links, sometimes I might want to add an extra line of info in an email to a client about a specific example we had discussed & link them to it, or similar.
    In order to do this at the moment I have to edit the whole template in design tools, send it to the client, & then re-edit back to the original template. Which is very frustrating.

  12. Have the ability to export client statements for all invoices, not just invoices with past due balances

    We do a lot of business portraits. In a given month we might have 10 or 15 or more sessions from a given company. We currently then have to send the company 10 or 15 (or more) invoices for payment. It seems that right now we can only export a statement of past due invoices. We'd make it easier for the client company to keep track of all the orders and send one check if we could send a statement showing all the invoices we sent, not just the past due ones.

  13. task name

    When I link an email to a client, it would be great to see a description next to the tasks available to link to ...as right now its just a bunch of numbers...and i never know what the tasks are by just numbers. Not sure if Im missing something here...

    When Spectra assigns the automated sitting #, there is NOT an option to have the sitting # 1st and the Last Name directly after it? We organize our files by the sitting # NOT the Last Name. Can you add this option?

  15. Add integration for Whatsapp

    SMS is starting to be something of the past. More and more clients want to contact us through Whatsapp (and optional facebook messenger).
    It would be nice to see an integration with Whatsapp. So we can send AND receive messages with Whatsapp.

  16. Have user (and assistant) options for Appointment Types. E.g. with Sales we have a Salesperson plus an Assistant.

    We would like to save time having to go through the "Advanced Calendar Options" by simply having certain appointment types default to a user and a 2nd user.

  17. Add "Description" from Individual invoices to the "Statement Report"

    When running the custom report from a client to get a client Statement, please add to the report the "Description" field from the individual invoice. This way the client can see the invoice number and the description all in one report.

  18. Apply discounts/credits to invoice bottom line in order to calculate employee commissions

    Currently, employee commissions are calculated on a line item or product line as a dollar amount (percentage is not working).

    If a product has a price of $2000 and a fixed commission of $100, if you offer a $1000 discount on that item, the commission is still $100.

    There is a need to apply a percentage of the invoice bottom line to the person receiving commission that reflects a percentage of this bottom line and not each line item.

  19. Dashboard Report Column Summary - Autosize when adding summary

    We use and LOVE Dashboard reports. However, when we double click a column to see the underlying data then adding summary data such as average, total, count, etc, the column doesn't resize, meaning that you cannot see the full numbers for the summary "$55,000" looks like "$55" requiring another step or 2 to do so.
    Furthermore, when you double click the column width, it does not take into account the width of the summary data, only the data feeding into it. This requires lining up your mouse to manually resize the columns to show the summary data width.

  20. Lock down the ability to modify the graduation year.

    In the security groups add "modify graduation year" (No or Full Access) for both Client and Session.
