Add ability on any Hub using a Filter, the sort order of that filter, be used.
When using a filter, to have the option to apply the sort order to where the filter is being used.

Add ability to view the number of the week, in some countries, that's how they view "time".
When viewing Calendar month view, show the number of the week it is for the year.

Add a client Status for Deceased. When selected, have a popup to ask user defined questions (or to enable certain Data Entry Validation).

Add ability to set a Due Date based on Task Priority Number
Would like to be able to determine due dates as based on priority number. An example would be if a Task's priority was set to 1, then the Due Date would be 1 day. If the Priority was set to 2, then the due date could be 3 days out.

Retain the same location on the list from where you were when making a choice to move on to the next group.
When Client Group list is long, and you are adding multiple Groups to a client, if the list is a long one and you scroll down to add one, once its added you are brought to the top of the list, make it so you are where you were when you added the last group.

Add pop up when changing client last name asking "Do you want to change Family members too?"
A Popup appears when changing the Last Name of a client asking if the last name's of the family members should be changed. If 'Yes' is chosen all Family Members last names will also change, if 'No' they will stay the same

Add ability to setup triggers not based on a Status Change
Example – Set up triggers to send to a certain Client Status every X days, stopping when that Status was changed.

When bulk creating timeslots don't put them over closed holidays.
Right now, when you bulk create time slots they post on posted holidays that the studio is closed. You have to manually go in and remove them from those closed days.

Make birthday the trigger separate for each family members birthday including the main client
At the moment when you create a trigger for birthdays it triggers every birthday on the client card meaning HTML's or SMS's can not be personalised with the clients name or childs name etc. If we could have the option to have all the birthdays as separate triggers they could all be personalised.

When you create in invoice, have software notify you at that time if a deposit can be applied.
Many times I forget a client has a deposit, and I send the invoice (collecting the entire amount), then when I enter the full payment in Spectra, I am notified that a deposit is available...I often have to refund an amount equal to the deposit.

Let users know they can search within a name, not just 'starts with' ...
Let users know with a tooltip that they can search within a name by typing the % character at the beginning. For example %Smith will find the hyphenated name Jones-Smith in the client hub. With brides keeping their maiden name we use this every day and it is crazy to me that it is not talked about.

Ability to customize General Session Types
Currently there are only 3 options to choose for the Session Style (which is also the General Session Types in the budget and reports areas). It would be great to be able to add General Session Types (or Session Styles depending on where you are looking) so I could create reports. For example: I do both portrait and commercial photography. It would be great to be able to assign all of my portrait sessions to a general "portrait" type and all of my commercial sessions to a general "commercial" type so I could create budgets and reports for those as…

sort by client type
Add ability to sort by client type (consumer vs. business). Since the differentiation is there it would be nice to sort them as such as well.

Bulk Assigning Tasks to Users
Implement a way to bulk assign tasks to users at once, instead of having to manually click into a task and assign them one by one. This would make an instance where there are 20 + tasks to be assigned to multiple different users much easier!

Allow broader range of grad years on client/organization tab
POSITIVE USES:
Adding more years in the dropdown,
--- 60 years back from current grad year to track and market to class reunions
--- 15 years forward from current grad year to track and market to preschool, kindergarten, underclass, tweens, and seniors, etc3 votes -

A report or option to see any Payments that have been made online through the Payment Portal
