Allow other users to be added to unlinked appointments
Instead of having to add the appointment for every person involved in that appointment. It would be as simple as adding an assistant in a session.

Create a iPad App that will work with Spectra on a local network, without the internet.
A moblie app to enable you to use an iPad as a calendar in the studio on the local network using the Spectra database with no internet needed.
Also it would be nice to be able to print to network printers for invoices and reciepts. Like the apple stores does.5 votes -

have a user defined option to start spectra in any hub you want (I want calendar) not home screen.
Home is good, but not my go to starting point! Let us define where we want Stratus to open up to.

Put current time of session/app't in the middle of scrolling time to adjust it.
Right now, it's always at the earliest time, and all visable scrolling is for later times. Since 50% of the time, we need to go earlier, why not have 50% of visable times on scroll be earlier, and the other 50% be later!!! I've always wanted this. :)

Have the ability select more than 2 images for the yearbook
I have schools that want to use a formal, a cap and gown, and a silly picture in their yearbook. I have been doing that school for 5 years now, and I can't use Studio plus for the yearbook because it limits the choices to two.

Allow for a second Lead Source to be entered for a client as more info is useful here
sometimes they called us because they got a mailer, but we need to retain how we got their name to send them the mailer. So, 1) lead source 2) booking instigator???

Yearbook CD Dialog features
Preparing Yearbook images has become increasing difficult as the output only allows for session date as the range for output. I would like to see a range of output specs... output by Yearbook Selection Date, Yearbook Selection Status, by filter.

Add ability to rotate "Client Image" on Client "home" page.
When inserting a client's picture on their informational 'Home" page, the verticals come in as horizontals. It would be great to be able to rotate the picture.

Add Session Participants/Relationships into the Online Session Booking process.

Allow Parents to be the main contact for Yearbook Sessions
We currently have to put the senior's name as the client with their info ect. As 80% of the scheduling is done with the parents because they want them to be in the YB and or bring them, and because we want to communicate with the parents mainly. Also when they want to pay something from this session or schedule a different session it is easier to have the parents as the clients. Many of them have more than one child and will be back for YB session with them. I would like to see in the organization section instead…

Allow items to be flagged do not discount
I have some invoices that get discounted by a percent because they were placed online using paypal. Then I add a line item to the invoice for the paypal amount charged for that invoice. I would like that paypal item to not be giving the discount.

Add "Appointment Results" to track reasons for postponed appointments.
Give users the ability to track postponement/cancellation reasons for Appointments (just like the Session Results in Session records).

Have a Company Prefs Option to omit Sales Tax on all reports.
Our accounting package, Xero only reports sales NET of GST (10% Australian Sales Tax) and MyStratus needs to be reconciled to MyStratus/Spectra on a daily basis to ensure figures match. This would make it far easier.

Ability to Sell Hourly retainers
Have a way to sell retainers for so many hours, instead of having a calendar to pick one specific day. For example be able to use online booking to pay for 40 hours for a month, and track the ability to deduct those hours.
