  1. Enable the use of tokens in the subject line of HTML emails

    We have scores of HTML emails that we send out for various reasons. Where appropriate, we use tokens in the body of the email to personalize the email. It would be great if we could do that for the email subject line, to encourage more opens and personalize the subject matter. " Thanks for your inquiry [[ Mary ]]"

  2. Create a new button called 'Mark Complete and New Call' in the Phonecall window

    If I have made a call to someone and I want to create a new followup call, currently I need to go through the following steps:
    1. Mark call complete
    2. Press save and close
    3. Open communication tab on Client window
    4. Press New Call
    5. Select the type, user and due date (for our studio)
    6. Press save and close

    I would like to cut out a few of these steps by simply having a 'Mark Complete and New Call' button on the call window.
    After a call, the new steps will look like this:

  3. Make phone call outcomes a mandatory field.

    It would be great to make the phone call outcome or result a mandatory field so that we can more accurately track conversions from phone call to contact to booking.It is something that can be easily forgotten by staff if it is not mandatory.

  6. Report for all Loyalty Rewards for all Clients

    Would like a report to show the balance for Loyalty Rewards for ALL Clients that are in the data. Easier then opening each one to view the total they have.

  9. Have mailing labels that print the ship-to address on the label from an invoice or work order instead of the session client address

    Often we have Bill-to or Ship-to clients that are different than the Session-client but when we try to print a mailing label from the session invoice or work order, it only prints the session client's address, not the Ship-to address. The only way to print the Bill-to or Ship-to address on a label is to open the client screen of the Ship-to client and print the mailing label from there.There's got to be a fix done for this problem.     It would very professional to have an online booking in our own language (Dutch in my case).
    I would be happy to translate everything in Dutch.

    We already supported English, French, German, and Spanish. In version 2020, we have added support for Dutch, Danish, Italian, Swedish, and Norwegian.

    The way this works is that we use your Locale setting from your company settings as the default online booking translation. We also give you the option to override that in the URL. e.g. if you want myStratus Desktop to display text in english, but online booking to display in another language, you could use this for your online booking URL:
    https://yoursubdomain.mystratus.com/onlinebooking.aspx?locale=nb

    Note: you should use the 2 digit country codes in column 639-1 here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_ISO_639-1_codes

    If you encounter any text that is not translated or any translations that are wrong, please email support@studioplussoftware.com with a screenshot of the page and what the translated text should be.

  11. Link Organization data to Online Booking

    Can you link Organization data to the client who is logging in to online booking so that features or options specific to that organization are applied or available to a client? I believe we could accomplish a few things by doing so.

    For example, adjusting time-slots based on the organization. When a client logs in, we know they belong to Central High School based on information already in the database... can the available time slots be limited to a specific week or set of days for that organization?

    Incorporating Yearbook deadlines. Can the yearbook deadline for Central HS prompt the…

  12. Add ability to archive Messages so they don't all show on the Message Hub but still remain in the client record.

  14. When a parent books Senior online have a Webform that collect students name, high school plus other information

    We book lots of different types of sessions online, seniors, head shots, families, etc. For seniors we are calling to get more information. It would be nice to have a form for seniors to collect the information.

  15. Re-install the Report Header LIne 2 on the payment report again

    The Payment Reports no longer have the date range printed on the report. This is helpful for filing so we know what range of dates are included on the report. Please re-install.

  16. Default "do not show inactive users" on Time Sheet Report Criteria  when selecting Single User name.  Add a check box to "Show Inactive User

    When printing a Time Sheet Report,  would like a checkbox for "Show Inactive Users" and the default to be unchecked, so it hides all inactive users.

  18. Invoices: Each data entry needs to have the user signature so that mistakes can be tracked back

    Need to be able to track who created an invoice -- We do not track sales person for online orders because we do not give anyone that commission. We still need to know who created the invoice or made last changes -- a history of users

  19. Payment will not save if it did not clear

    If a payment does not go through the processor, that it will not save in the database. I have found a few times that it saved, but did not go though due to an error or a decline. Can be a loss if not caught
