Have Option for IBY to Automatically Include Package Components in Description
I'm currently transcribing the contents of my packages to IBY descriptions, and it occurs to me that the components are of course ~known to IBY - it'd be ideal if IBY could be configured to include package components in its description.

Add "Most Popular" and "Best Value" ~Badges to IBY as Product Overlays or Added Descriptors
"Cheesy sales tactics work." -Jerry Hughes
I just posted about making IBY Sales Ranking sort settings work based upon actual sales, and I think a built-in "Most Popular" or "Top Seller" - while cheesy - would tap into the Social Proof Sales Psychology effect and lead to increased sales. I would actually make it so that you could choose a "Top Seller" or whatever manually and ignore actual sales to push a certain product.
Same deal with "Best Value": I have advocated for a ~value calculator being added to Stratus that simply adds up the retail price of all package…

Add Video Capability to Price List Item IBY Product Images if only via HTML
I think static images are excellent for product images, but I think there is an opportunity to increase sales done in a Web-first, volume way by integrating short videos in the cart. Anybody in the business will tell you that in-person sales will produce the highest order tickets... adding videos that demonstrate to a client what a sytrene mount is and what it can do for your print, how big an 11x14 really isn't on your wall, or how embassy texture on a wedding portrait can add an artisanal flourish would allow me to do the dog and pony show…

DONE - HTML in Price List
I want to be able to use HTML in Price List Item IBY Marketing Descriptions, etc. Even just the ability to change the size of the text and use bold, italics, and underline would make a big difference. With full HTML, I could even embed videos, which I did with great effect in my former cart. Labs can supply short videos that clients could use.

Indicate Images Already Selected Progressively
As an end user for IBY, when I make my 4 selections for something like a "4 digital images" product, I'd like to see the images that I've already selected indicated in some way (so I don't select the same image twice). This is even more of an issue when selecting images for a large package. I can't keep straight which images I've already selected... a big issue for my subject matter where there are many similars and I'm moreover using a fairly aggressive watermark.

Signal to client in some way there is deposit on file to be used in My Cart
"I added everything to my cart to start the checkout process and the $20 deposit we made [on-site] is not applying?"
I'm getting emails like this a lot. People are prompted to apply the deposit on file when they click next, but instead of doing that they're emailing, which is much harder. This I think illustrates that the end user really expects for a deposit to be showing in My Cart itself.
My suggestion is to put the ~do you want to use deposit on file inside the My Cart itself to clear this up and save a click through…

Add a Link on Digital Fulfillment Landing Page and IBY Order Details that Initiates Download
People love the quick digital fulfillment with Stratus, but they are getting confused about how to download the images after clicking the digital delivery link because the general populace is just not tech savvy enough to know to right click the image and Save As. I think some simple directions on that page would help, too, especially for zip files.
I really think the digital images download URL also should be added to the IBY Orders at least as a link in the line item that says "Click here to download" if not also adding a column for ~"Downloadable Images"…

Add descriptions to shipping methods so that I don't have to copy and paste delivery infoto each IBY product
Delivery info is done by product in IBY settings right now. I would like to have a unified place to put shipping policies that would automatically apply from product shipping methods so I don't have to add delivery information for all lustre print sizes by hand (I'm aware I can make a product and duplicate it as a workaround)

Limit display of images to select for package selection to only those with a valid tag
I have certain images with text already integrated for a bag tag product I'm selling in a package. I also have team photos that are the only ones that make sense to use to fill a team photo product type (and that I moreover want to exclude from certain product types such as digital images to prevent just one parent buying a digital of a group photo and circulating it). If images could be tagged with ~image types, that would allow IBY to ~filter images shown for package selection only to those that would be acceptable if at the product…

Give Products and Product Categories URLs for direct linking from either a separate Web site or at least a relative link from within Stratus
I'm using HTML in my product descriptions, and I want to be able to use a hyperlink, not just a related product listing, in order to redirect clients to another product. Reason could be things like upsell, picking components for a multi-component product, etc. In WordPress, you don't have to use a full URL, just a relative page. This would allow a photographer to have a product listing on her or his Web site with a link that would take you directly from the site to the product in IBY to actually order. This is how ROES works in conjunction…

Make default Artboard layouts for packages and dynamically populate them with client-selected image in IBY
I've put in a lot of effort to make Adobe Photoshop Artboards that neatly lay out all of my package components (if unfamiliar, google artboards) so that an 8x10, (2) 5x7s, (8) Wallets, etc. all neatly lay out and overlap, making sure to save as the required 450px x 330px and then making them all over again - including single product versions of all the components (e.g. 8x10 Individual by itself) with text. Making the Artboards is a hassle. I'd really love it if IBY had pre-laid-out packages I could use off the shelf that were basically ~picture frames that…

Make it easy to reorder IBY Images from the Desktop App
If you upload a bunch of product images to IBY but then decide you want to reorder them, you have to delete all and upload again in order you want.

Standardize IBY Navigational Tab Subheadings
IBY Nav Tabs (Home, Sessions, Etc.) all have sub-headings on hover, and they should be standardized linguistically for professional presentation: either use a call to action (verb phrase) or a general descriptor (noun phrase) for all of them, don't mix and match.
Mixed:
Help - "Get help from our team"
Sessions - "Online pictures of your family"Standardized:
Help - "Get help from our team"
Sessions - "View and order pictures of your family"Help - "Knowledgebase, FAQ, and Contact Information"
Sessions - "Photoshoots and Images"I would also standardize formatting. Right now, Sessions uses capitalization for each word, while…

Enhance IBY Product Sort
Right now, you manually adjust IBY product display order by choosing an integer from a dropdown. I think there should actually be two modes:
1) Sort based on actual sales so that biggest sellers do bubble up
2) Change existing functionality to "Custom" and allow users to sort as they wish

Integrate and AI chatbot in the Help section of IBY, and give the bot access to Stratus DB
From what I can tell, photo industry software solutions are all focused on using AI to lessen THEIR customer service load, which I actually do like after beta testing the Stratus AI chatbot - it saves trouble of contacting S+ support and adds a kind of after-hours support. I think the major, major opportunity is to help photographers deploy AI for addressing PHOTOGRAPHERS' customer service burden. Maybe this becomes a revenue stream in the form of a ChatGPT subscription y'all could make margin on by getting wholesale price and selling to photographers at face value?
Stratus stands out because of…

Add an HTML Splash Page for IBY sessions that optionally shows upon client login to Session
Sytist has this function, and I used it to show a before/after for what a proof looks like online vs. what they're receive in the mail after ordering and we retouch. It could also be used to briefly explain a promotion, etc. ImageQuix also has this functionality. I can't find it on either of their sites, but this is a major thing I miss from Sytist.
Make it show once, and have a small link after that says something like "show welcome page again."

Make IBY Home a simple editable HTML page at least by option
IBY currently defaults to something like a cover page for the most recent Session upon login. I'd like the option to instead use the Home like an iframe where I can make something like a Welcome page that gives brief overview of how to navigate IBY and any other pertinent information that a photographer might think helpful to his or her clientele. This could be set as an option as alternate Home function in order to preserve existing functionality for those who prefer it.

Consider changing IBY Products section to function more like "Store" for universal products not session-specific
As I'm testing IBY from the client side, I find that the Products section doesn't feel right in that it shows you products from the selected session. I think my discomfort stems from the belief that the client probably doesn't realize the products will change in that section depending on session type. Other carts I've used have had a standalone section where universal things like sitting fees, brand swag, frames, etc. could be sold that don't necessarily apply to a specific gallery. I think the section could function almost like an infomercial area.
Consider the not-so-edge case that a client…

Add referral link to IBY, ideally with QR, for ease of P2P sharing
IBY should have a referral program section at least in My Account if not its own standalone section. Minimalist would be showing the client's unique link for relevant referral program with a simple click to copy like how internet companies do for stupid-long passwords, etc. I'd also make a QR codes so that people could just show friends a QR code just like you do for Venmo, etc.
I argue for its own section, which would list the referred clients and some metric of those referrals (not necessarily how much they spend) like if they've booked a session or not…

show a strikethrough in the price list and change the size of the sale price to a larger font than original when pricelist on sale
When an item is on sale, I believe it should show as on sale clearly in the item list, not just in the cart, ideally with a strikethrough of original price and sale price right next to it (in larger font - see next). Showing the lowest possible price in the item list leads to more sales. Check out "Locating Discounts Far Away from the Product Price" item #2 here (example given is actually case where discount only shows in cart): https://baymard.com/blog/product-page-price-discounts.
4 here discusses the psychology behind a font change driving ecommerce sales, specifically "Your sale price should
