ability to change an invoice into an estimate when client decides not to pay for order
Often people come in to view photos, saying they are buying -- you put it together on an invoice and then at the end, they say it is too much and they are going to think about it.....Would like to be able to switch it to estimate.... so that we don't pay commission -- and a sale never comes in!

You can do this! On the invoice, go to the General tab, and change the Invoice Type to “Estitmate”.
If the invoice has a payment, you can’t make it an estimate.

Shipping Methods for Inspired
Some items do not require a shipping payment as it is a digital item. It would be nice to have the option of excluding the digital item off the total for shipping when checking out i Inspired.

Have mailing labels that print the ship-to address on the label from an invoice or work order instead of the session client address
Often we have Bill-to or Ship-to clients that are different than the Session-client but when we try to print a mailing label from the session invoice or work order, it only prints the session client's address, not the Ship-to address. The only way to print the Bill-to or Ship-to address on a label is to open the client screen of the Ship-to client and print the mailing label from there.There's got to be a fix done for this problem. Please vote!!

Multilingual Online Booking
It would very professional to have an online booking in our own language (Dutch in my case).

We already supported English, French, German, and Spanish. In version 2020, we have added support for Dutch, Danish, Italian, Swedish, and Norwegian.
The way this works is that we use your Locale setting from your company settings as the default online booking translation. We also give you the option to override that in the URL. e.g. if you want myStratus Desktop to display text in english, but online booking to display in another language, you could use this for your online booking URL:

Overtime calculations
on the time sheet reports I would love to have it automatically calculate overtime according to user input. IE: either by 8 hours in a work period or 40 hours in a week.

Link Organization data to Online Booking
Can you link Organization data to the client who is logging in to online booking so that features or options specific to that organization are applied or available to a client? I believe we could accomplish a few things by doing so.
For example, adjusting time-slots based on the organization. When a client logs in, we know they belong to Central High School based on information already in the database... can the available time slots be limited to a specific week or set of days for that organization?

When a parent books Senior online have a Webform that collect students name, high school plus other information
We book lots of different types of sessions online, seniors, head shots, families, etc. For seniors we are calling to get more information. It would be nice to have a form for seniors to collect the information.

Make InspiredByYou HTTPS compliant
Customers are concerned that IBY is not HTTPS-- they get a big warning that the site is not secure and that they shouldn't enter Credit Card information. While the site where they actually enter payment information IS secure, I worry that IBY sales may be cooled by the lack of security in the viewing platform.

Option to customize and remove snapshot from the home screen.
We do not want our income numbers visible at all to our employees and clients. It can be unchecked in the home page settings but always appears with new users and at random.

Re-install the Report Header LIne 2 on the payment report again
The Payment Reports no longer have the date range printed on the report. This is helpful for filing so we know what range of dates are included on the report. Please re-install.

Default "do not show inactive users" on Time Sheet Report Criteria when selecting Single User name. Add a check box to "Show Inactive User
When printing a Time Sheet Report, would like a checkbox for "Show Inactive Users" and the default to be unchecked, so it hides all inactive users.

Allow using Loyalty Rewards or Deposits in IBY
Ability to use any Loyalty Rewards or Deposit that a customer my have on their client record for their order in IBY.

Both myStratus and Spectra offer the ability to add an attachment. In the ribbon of any email, there’s an icon to Attach File.
