Stratus Web Presentations
Allow for sales presentations to be made remotely via the MyStratus Web App or Mobile App and allow at least thumbnails to be visible when creating invoices in both of the above apps. We work with images after all, why can't we see them remotely?

Make Graduation Year Printable on Invoices
It's great that we can print the Organization on the invoices, but as a high school senior photographer, we would really love it if we could also print the Graduation Year on there next to the Organization (which for us is what school the student attends).

option to correct global all client addresses (in system and new) so they are same as USPS suggested
Auto correct addresses in the system and also new clients as entered.
Correction would automatically make corrections suggested by USPS ... for instance, zip codes would be corrected from 44657 to 44657-1305, East would be corrected to E, State Route 800 would be St Rt 800, etc3 votes -

Show crop settings where they were made from such as Stratus or ProSelect and who made the change if Stratus

The option to use Quickbooks Online, if the data is online this should be able to be used.

Add ability to filter by Item Group
I would like to be able to filter by an Item Group, so I can find clients who bought anything from that group. The Product Analysis Report only shows me the number of items sold, not the clients who bought them.

Allow Calendar to Print in all of the Increment Options
Calendar offers viewing in increments as small as 5 minute windows, but will not print out in increments that small. Please adjust calendar to print the different increment time frames as well as showing them on the desktop.

Please remove the "I'll pick up at the Studio" delivery option in InspiredByYou, our studio does not offer that method.
Make the option available to modify for studios who can't accommodate that delivery option.

Bulk import Payment records to update client invoices from Excel Spreadsheet
Ability to bulk import payment records from a Excel Spreadsheet to update existing client invoices. We have issues having to update hundreds of records into the system each month from our finance provider who pays out each month the customers installments.

Using shipping confirmations for a Triggers
Here's a webhook idea- api so that a delivery confirmation from a carrier like UPS, USPS or FedEx can trigger a session status change and notification to the photographer.
We manually change session status to 'complete' after we ship but occasionally the bride does not tell us she moved homes and we forget to ask. So a happy client can easily become an unhappy client. This can circumvent that.5 votes -

Have the ability to bulk change records to a different user. This would be helpful when an employee has left the company and a new user needs to pick up where they left off.

Quick search for Groups
When searching groups to add to a client's screeen it would be helpful to have a search box that you can type in the name of the group to search in addition to the scroll down. It would make it easier to find a group quickly.

Client record name not modifiable when opened unless clicked on
Client record name not modifiable when opened unless clicked on. So you are not overwriting what is in there. Such as it auto enters you in the last name/ first name. You may want to start typing and not realizing you are doing so and save and the name has changed

When using a wizard allow for a keyboard shortcut to "back" or "next".
Having to stop typing to use the mouse or to hit the tab key 7 times slows down data entry. A ctl or alt B or N will allow us to go to progress to the desired screen

Easier way to manage duplicate client records
An easier way to manage duplicate client records other than going into each one and merging with another. Maybe a select these client records and merge with this client record.

Allow for individual existing clients in the system to be batch-added to newly-created groups
Allow for existing clients in the system to be added to newly-created groups by highlighting multiple clients and having a tool which allows clients to be selected on an individual basis, but NOT adding them one at a time. For example, I have clients from a specific school which are more than a couple of years out. I have created a new group to market to and want to add individuals based on criteria I determine, NOT just adding an existing client group to a new group.
