  1. Add a much more 'today'-look for the online bookings

    The booking tool that integrates with our website does not look professional at all. Looks more like 1998...
    It would be nice to have it look more as websites look today, better styling, or custom CSS possibilies.

  3. communication tab

    Show in communications tab that you sent written letter(snail-mail) Have customized mail types simular to call types. Quick overview to to see in communications that the task was completed. A quick referance in the communications tab so you can see all forms of communications with the client when you on the phone with them. To go above and beyond have a trigger to print primary letter when client is created.

  4. Integrate with Zapier.

    Integrate with Zapier. Should be fairy easy to set up I think. We use other platforms like Click Funnels to generate a ton of leads. Would love if the contact information could get passed through straight into MyStratus. It would be possible with Zapier I believe. There is also a ton of other stuff you can do with Zapier. Having Zapier with MyStratus = you can do anything you want.

  5. Option to move Customer Deposit

    Would like an option to move customer deposit, sometimes it goes on the wrong one. If a credit card payment and you delete it, it will void the transaction when we want to keep it.

  6. Group Capture save the settings from previous use

    Group capture to save settings from previous use as you have to go through it all again when you just used it. Like how importing images saves the settings from previous use.

  7. Add Session Status Notes when Studio room is changed

    Can we add to status notes when the studio room ( resource) is changes. We have studio rooms with different capacity's so important that they stay in the room they are booked into. If they are changed we currently have no way to tell who changed this. Thanks

  8. Status Notes for call records

    Apply the same status notes that are in the session card to the call card so that you can see when created and when marked completed etc. Would be great to see if the assigned to user was changed also

  10. Let me choose celsius or fahrenheit based on my preference, not my region

    My preference to use celsius has nothing to do with where I live - I spend part of the year in the US and I still prefer celsius. My mother will always prefer fahrenheit, even in Canada. It is a personal choice, not a regional choice.

  11. Bulk import and scheduling

    It would be a tremendous time saver to bulk import clients in the "import images" window of "Capture Images". There should be at least 5-10 source bars to locate clients for import. After import is clicked and user is asked to change status, the user can change the status of all 5-10 people to their status of choosing. When we have hundreds of clients that need to be imported in only days time this would help save hours.

    Bulk scheduling of course also needs to be implemented.

    Doing these actions one at a time is tedious and unproductive for workflow.

  12. Be able to set yearbook selection cut off by school year

    It would be helpful to be able to say for the class of 2018 at John Smith High School, the cut off for yearbook selections is September 15 2017, and then when we add the class of 2019-- set a seperate yearbook cutoff date.

    If you forget to change the date before you start a new season of seniors, everything that gets uploaded to IBY still has the previous years' cut off date, which means they cannot make a YB selection. To fix, you have to reupload everything that's been photographed for the current year.

  13. Make scheduled communications dynamic

    Would be wonderful to be able to create a schedule of reminders for a season, so that on specific dates you could send emails via communication center to a group of clients based on data at that point-- so you could schedule Senior Portrait reminders for July 4, August 1, etc, in May or June, and the mailing list would update itself depending on the data at the scheduled mailing date.

  14. Allow trigger to pick up 'assigned to user'

    There needs to be an ability for a trigger to set a phone call task to which ever user books a session, currently it has to be manually chosen. The trigger would pull in the booker's name and assign the task to them based on the criteria set.

  15. Have a way to select the color of a text watermark when creating proofs or contact sheets.

    When putting a text watermark on a dark or low key image on a proof or contact sheet it's almost impossible to see when it is black text only. I would like to be able to select white or some other color that will show.

  17. Add ability to log written communications to Communications tab

    The communication tab only logs emails and texts. Please add the ability to track other mailings in addition to texts and emails. We typically mail hard copy catalogs, thank you notes and some other pieces. We would like to track these mailings

  18. Make a Waiting List Feature

    Like my Eye Doctor - when making appointments they have a waiting list they pick from when there is a scheduled appointment or session (in our case) that way if someone cancels a session or appointment we can hit a button or look at a call type list with info for that client to contact and let them know there is a last minute opening.

  19. Print the invoice & image detail together

    I'd like a way to print an invoice & image detail together, so they can be printed on the same sheet of paper (2 sided) or emailed together. We print a lot of sports invoices and need all of the information to show to ensure that the order is correct, so end up needing 2 pieces of paper. Would also be nice to have just one PDF to attach to an email as well. Now, I print the invoices, turn the paper over, put back in the printer and print the image detail on the back. Takes a lot of…

  20. Webforms - Allow Better Formatting Options so that they Look Professional

    The webforms option is a great feature but the forms themselves look very primitive with the very few formatting options you presently offer. These options need to be increased so that any of your webforms users have control over the things like using fonts that match their websites, insertion of images, links to help screens, etc.
