email reply logging
I previously used LessAnnoyingCRM to track my contacts. They had an awesome system where you would have a dedicated "log my email" email address that you could forward client emails to. As long as that client's email matched up to what they had on file, it would be autologged into the system in their account. This was a huge benefit to helping to keep the entire customer history together and trace back conversations. I would love this feature in MyStratus.

Customize landing login text Username instead of Email address or Username
It would be less confusing to customers if the landing login page text is customized to read Username instead of Email address or Username, depending on studio settings for user name.

Have the ability to lock Attachments for certain user security groups.

Auto save records before they are updated
Auto save records before they get updated from a SMS message, when sending out from the communication wizard or someone else making a change to the record while you have it open.

Copy a clients info for future sessions (Siblings/Family)
I do a lot of siblings for senior pictures. I'd love a way to "copy" a previous clients address, contact number, email etc. I'm always stuck retyping all the contact info to make a new senior client.
Even better if I could link them together as a family. See previous family members invoices instead of having to constantly search previous records.

Revise the sales tax reports
Each time a business files a sales tax report they will be asked for at least 3 things.
Taxable Sales
Tax-Exempt Sales
Total Sales (that is Taxable Sales minus Tax Exempt Sales)
The current Stratus reports require us to manually compute Total Sales numbers. It would be helpful to either amend the report format or at the least, add lines that reflect the taxable, exempt and total fields as a summary.2 votes -

Make the default new invoice button a session invoice instead of a client invoice.
since 90% of invoices should be session invoices and invoice type cannot be change after the fact

The ability to choose the Sales Person from the Invoice when creating a Trigger
Add the ability to choose the Sales Person from an Invoice when making a Trigger. It would be nice to be able to have a Trigger auto create a Task for the sales person on the Invoice.

Allow more options for information requested by studio during on line booking
When we get a senior booking on line, many times we get the parent's name and contact info without knowing so assume the parent is the student. We also don't get the name of the school. It would be nice to have fields for parents name and contact info as well as the student's info, graduating year and school. There could be fields for company name when business sessions are booking etc. These could be showing, hidden or required fields just like the couple of options currently in use.

Add salesperson tracking by account
We have more than one saleperson. A salesperson is assigned to the account they were responsible for landing. Currently there is no way for us to know when a salesperson would receive a commission on sales, as we don't know if it was their account that sales were made on.
Therefore, it would be great to have the ability to associate an account with a salesrep (similar to products), and then anytime an invoice is created for that account, the salesrep ID/commission rate is automatically calculated on all items sold (or even better a way to override individually items in…

Commission by employee not by position.
As we grow I have Sr. and Jr. photographers/salespeople. Jr. staff won't get the same commission as Sr. staff...but the current setup in Stratus doesn't allow that.

provide a way to link phone call recordings to the client
Currently receive voicemail into stratus messages - have to manually attach to client - BUT - would like to have phone call recordings through our phone system ALSO be attachable to the client...or automatically do so if the number is recognized. Important!!

Color icon to show there is an attachement in a record
Color icon to show there is a attachment on a record so you know it is there. Like there is one for payment on an invoice that is due.

Add the ability to update checkboxes from hubs
Have the ability to check boxes as seen in hubs and not have to open the record in order to update that one check box.

add new notifications
When an email comes it, it is usually assigned to a certain employee. However, it would be nice that when that employee reassigns the email to another employee a notification pops up on their screen alerting them to view the email.
