Receipt shows amount tendered and balance due
The ability for a Receipt to show the Balance Due and Amount Tendered for the Payment that has been made.

When reports are created, do not make them case sensitive.
i.e STUDIO PLUS should report in the same section as Studio Plus

Integrate with Zapier.
Integrate with Zapier. Should be fairy easy to set up I think. We use other platforms like Click Funnels to generate a ton of leads. Would love if the contact information could get passed through straight into MyStratus. It would be possible with Zapier I believe. There is also a ton of other stuff you can do with Zapier. Having Zapier with MyStratus = you can do anything you want.

Acuity - myStratus Integration
A real weak spot in StudioPlus is the online appointment system. It is just not as polishes as it should be.
A logical fix would be to set up the necessary hooks in StudioPlus so that highly developed online appointment systems like Acuity can be integrated with StudioPlus and we aren't handcuffed into double entry of data if we want our client to have a positive online scheduling experience.
Please consider this as a way to make StudioPlus more valuable to those of us loyal clients who have stuck with you for so long. Thank you.

Allows Loyalty Rewards codes to be used for multiple clients
Allows Loyalty Rewards codes to be used for multiple clients so we can see how many rewards we gave out for Referrals vs Spending, etc

Add Client Groups to the column chooser in client hub
So that we can see all groups at same time for multiple clients rather than printing multiple lists to compare and see what groups they are a part of.

Allow lists of Triggers, Session Time Slots, etc. to be sorted, filtered, etc.
We have 120+ different triggers, and it would be helpful to be able to simply sort them to view in alphabetical order. I can't find any rhyme or reason to how they are listed, so a lot of time is spent scrolling through the list to find what I need.

Add a much more 'today'-look for the online bookings
The booking tool that integrates with our website does not look professional at all. Looks more like 1998...

Add integration for Whatsapp
SMS is starting to be something of the past. More and more clients want to contact us through Whatsapp (and optional facebook messenger).

Option to move Customer Deposit
Would like an option to move customer deposit, sometimes it goes on the wrong one. If a credit card payment and you delete it, it will void the transaction when we want to keep it.

Have a way to select the color of a text watermark when creating proofs or contact sheets.
When putting a text watermark on a dark or low key image on a proof or contact sheet it's almost impossible to see when it is black text only. I would like to be able to select white or some other color that will show.

Add the ability to set the SMS and Lead Source fields in web forms
We use web forms on iPads at exhibitions to collect leads and put them directly into MyStratus. We want to set SMS to true so we can create a trigger to send them a text while they are still at the exhibition. Currently, there is no work around to achieve this. There is no way to set Lead Source in a web form, only Client Status. Currently the only way to set this is to export the client data to a spreadsheet, modify it and then re-import it.

communication tab
Show in communications tab that you sent written letter(snail-mail) Have customized mail types simular to call types. Quick overview to to see in communications that the task was completed. A quick referance in the communications tab so you can see all forms of communications with the client when you on the phone with them. To go above and beyond have a trigger to print primary letter when client is created.

we have a minimum purchase requirement, but I have no way to put that in pace and the system allows any size order

Make scheduled communications dynamic
Would be wonderful to be able to create a schedule of reminders for a season, so that on specific dates you could send emails via communication center to a group of clients based on data at that point-- so you could schedule Senior Portrait reminders for July 4, August 1, etc, in May or June, and the mailing list would update itself depending on the data at the scheduled mailing date.

Group Capture save the settings from previous use
Group capture to save settings from previous use as you have to go through it all again when you just used it. Like how importing images saves the settings from previous use.
