Eliminate duplicate session statuses from session search by session status drop down.
When searching for sessions by session status, the drop down to select status has multiple duplicate entries when only one entry per status should be listed so as not to scroll through looking through so many duplicates to find the one you are looking for. I can provide a screen shot upon request.

Add the capability to NOT include certain session types in reports showing session averages, etc. Helpful for Pro Bono's & Trade sessions, etc. Could add a checkbox in the Session Type Maintenance screen that specifies if the session is NOT to be included in session averages. Thank you!

Include Square or EMS as credit card payment options
We use Square and EMS as our credit card processors since they don't have monthly fees. Would love to be able to link this with our Spectra.

Enable calendar items such as Sessions and appointments to change color by status change
I like our calendar to be nice and visual. We have, for example viewing appointments. Our process means that client return to studio for viewing and it would be nice to set the color according to the progress of editing. Ie viewing to be edited red completed green. this would change according to status.

Schedule phone calls on the calendar.
phone calls take time... I'd like to be able to schedule blocks of time for them on the calendar. or on the calendar of an employee.

integration of invoices to Xero book keeping accounting software.
Would love to be able to export my invoices from S+ and import them to Xero package..

Add ability to have reoccurring Tasks and reoccurring Calls
Set up recurring Calls or Tasks to do daily, weekly, monthly or yearly.

Add feature to bulk time slot
Currently when using the bulk create time slot feature you can choose not to create a time slot if a session already exists. Can you add another option to not create a time slot if a time slot already exists?
We don't create back to back time slots to save on labor. When time slots fill up we will add more to fill up the day. If we don't enter the correct start time, then we will accidentally double-book the time slots.3 votes -
Abilty to setup automatic emailing of reports.
Select the report you want to run, select daily, weekly or monthly, add recipients, save and close. Report is delivered to your email as requested. Report is waiting for you when you get in or easy to view when on the road.

Add a check box in the Family Members record to automatically send duplicate emails that are sent to main client
We often want to send emails to both the main client email address and a duplicate to one of more of the family members. Since we have the family members name and email address, it would help if there was a check box in the Family Member record that would allow us to send duplicate email messages by triggers to both the client and any family member so designated.

Let us be able to organize price list within the "Order Detail" tab so that we can put them in an order that maybe is most used.

The Ability to copy web form elements for use in other webforms
Creation of webforms is great but it would be even better if you could copy elements from one form to another. I might want client details to be on one form but also on a session confirmation so that clients can check details are correct.

Allow for a second Lead Source to be entered for a client as more info is useful here
sometimes they called us because they got a mailer, but we need to retain how we got their name to send them the mailer. So, 1) lead source 2) booking instigator???

yearbook status trigger
I would like status triggers added for yearbook image statuses. This would allow us to set up automatically email students who have not chosen their yearbook image within x amount of days after the session date. The would greatly reduce time spent calling/emailing students.

Allow Invoice customization similar to Quickbooks
It would be helpful to be able to customize the invoice fields and layout (and save templates) for various types of clients. Some of our commercial work requires additional/longer address fields, more detailed (free form) descriptions of the project, and licensing terms on the invoice.

Have the ability select more than 2 images for the yearbook
I have schools that want to use a formal, a cap and gown, and a silly picture in their yearbook. I have been doing that school for 5 years now, and I can't use Studio plus for the yearbook because it limits the choices to two.

Add ability to use a date to run an Accounts Receivable report to see what was owed on that date.
We want the ability to put in a range of dates for an Accounts Receivable report. Useful for when Banks/Accountants need something specific

are able to change user log-in while in Sales Presentation.
Example: our sales computers are logged in with the least capabilities possible so that clients viewing images CANNOT modify anything. It would be so much easier if when a sales assoc. then is wanting to input an order all we have to do is change the user log-in. Not only is it time consuming to change the user but looks very unprofessional. This has to be a simpler process.
