Add Yearbook File Numbers to the CD Export
Yearbook CD's can rename files by "last name, first name." I would love it if the image number could be added to that (Smith Mike 0001). It would save me several days of work instead of manually adding them myself.

Make an option for Organizations to be marked inactive
It would be great if Organizations were able to be marked inactive so that they do not all appear on the drop down. We use Organizations each year to search and currently we have to scroll down 2 years worth of organizations to get to the one we need.

Add a default time when linked Appointoments are booked with a Session
Right now a appointment when booked with a session defaults to 30 minutes after the session. It would be nice to see an option to change when the appointment will be booked when linked with a session.

Ability to view password being entered
Have the ability to view a password being entered into the program, such as for email. You are not able to see if you made any mistakes at all.

Invoice
Add a way to move lines in the invoice.
After client orders, I like to put all like info together. (All 8x10's etc..)
Right now we have to click the right button and move up one space at a time. I would like to move and drag. It would be so much faster.6 votes -
PLEASE Add a prompt "are you sure" when selecting delete all lines from invoices
On the recent software update, there is a new item on the dropdown on invoices that is "delete all lines" ...
Please add a prompt -- "are you sure" -- when this is selected, so that the entire contents of the invoice aren't deleted in error during a sales presentation

Change html email before sending
When manually sending an email (from template), it is not possible to change anything in the text (body) or subject. That's too bad. We would love to see that changed.

Trigger for incoming SMS messages
An option for a trigger to be used when an incoming SMS message comes in so a user can be notified when not in the data.

After making one webform, it would be nice to be able to duplicate it instead of starting from scratch every time you would like to add another webform.

Re-design the Company Dashboard for the 21st Century
The current dashboard has access to displaying crucial and informative information. However, in its current format is like viewing something from windows '95 - a very dated design and layout with various bars and tachometers. Imagine if Apple were to design that dashboard, pleasing to the eye, simple and logical to access key information... Please StudioPlus, for the amazing software that this is, this feature is seriously lacking the visual appeal!

Add a box that shows appointments are confirmed / Currently H/N/R/C - Add a Y
see the H/N/R/C - My question is....can you all add a "Y" box that ticks to show the sitting is confirmed - even though we have to confirm it manually at this time on the sittings page.
Can this also be for the appointments? N / C / Y

Integrate with Stripe
I just got off a 30 minute phone call with TSYS. And they still need to call me back. The setup with Stripe is easy and painless. I was able to set up my other business to integrate the customer payment platform to stripe in 5 minutes.
