  1. Bulk import and scheduling

    It would be a tremendous time saver to bulk import clients in the "import images" window of "Capture Images". There should be at least 5-10 source bars to locate clients for import. After import is clicked and user is asked to change status, the user can change the status of all 5-10 people to their status of choosing. When we have hundreds of clients that need to be imported in only days time this would help save hours.

    Bulk scheduling of course also needs to be implemented.

    Doing these actions one at a time is tedious and unproductive for workflow.

  2. Option to move Customer Deposit

    Would like an option to move customer deposit, sometimes it goes on the wrong one. If a credit card payment and you delete it, it will void the transaction when we want to keep it.

  3. Group Capture save the settings from previous use

    Group capture to save settings from previous use as you have to go through it all again when you just used it. Like how importing images saves the settings from previous use.

  4. Allow trigger to pick up 'assigned to user'

    There needs to be an ability for a trigger to set a phone call task to which ever user books a session, currently it has to be manually chosen. The trigger would pull in the booker's name and assign the task to them based on the criteria set.

  5. Add Session Status Notes when Studio room is changed

    Can we add to status notes when the studio room ( resource) is changes. We have studio rooms with different capacity's so important that they stay in the room they are booked into. If they are changed we currently have no way to tell who changed this. Thanks

  6. Status Notes for call records

    Apply the same status notes that are in the session card to the call card so that you can see when created and when marked completed etc. Would be great to see if the assigned to user was changed also

  8. Let me choose celsius or fahrenheit based on my preference, not my region

    My preference to use celsius has nothing to do with where I live - I spend part of the year in the US and I still prefer celsius. My mother will always prefer fahrenheit, even in Canada. It is a personal choice, not a regional choice.

  9. Add "Select Your School" for Organizations on Online Booking

    There are laws in many states that prevent studios from having access to student's email addresses ahead of scheduling their session. This means they can't use the Online Booking for Organizations feature. It would be good to have the option to display a list of all organizations that a student can select and get re-directed to that organizations online booking portal.
    Additionally, when the student logs in, have the portal verify that the login matches a student within the organization.

  10. Print the invoice & image detail together

    I'd like a way to print an invoice & image detail together, so they can be printed on the same sheet of paper (2 sided) or emailed together. We print a lot of sports invoices and need all of the information to show to ensure that the order is correct, so end up needing 2 pieces of paper. Would also be nice to have just one PDF to attach to an email as well. Now, I print the invoices, turn the paper over, put back in the printer and print the image detail on the back. Takes a lot of…

  11. Make a Waiting List Feature

    Like my Eye Doctor - when making appointments they have a waiting list they pick from when there is a scheduled appointment or session (in our case) that way if someone cancels a session or appointment we can hit a button or look at a call type list with info for that client to contact and let them know there is a last minute opening.

  12. Payment amount Triger :-) once a certain amount has been paid off an invoice we can arrange an early release of photos for our clients :-)

  13. Can we please be able to set a default font for emails?

    It's time consuming changing Ariel 10 to Cabili 11 every single email, and sometimes it doesnt get done and makes our emails look unprofessional.
    A default option in settings would fix this.

  15. Triggers need more Exclusions

    It would be nice to be able to give a date range on triggers. Our only choice is "Do not trigger the activity if the triggered date has already passed."

  16. Add integration for Whatsapp

    SMS is starting to be something of the past. More and more clients want to contact us through Whatsapp (and optional facebook messenger).
    It would be nice to see an integration with Whatsapp. So we can send AND receive messages with Whatsapp.

  17. Have an "add hyperlink" option when sending a blank email or editing a form letter from the client communication screen.

    While I have templates set up with all our most commonly used links, sometimes I might want to add an extra line of info in an email to a client about a specific example we had discussed & link them to it, or similar.
    In order to do this at the moment I have to edit the whole template in design tools, send it to the client, & then re-edit back to the original template. Which is very frustrating.

  18. Ability to link other clients as participents on a session

    It would be nice to have a session under one client, but link separate clients to that session as well under the participant tab so that session will show up in the linked client's sessions as well.

  19. Option to show Session Notes in the Client Record

    In the notes section of the client record you can choose to show client or status notes. It would be nice to have the option to see session notes as well, instead of having to open each session to find the notes for it.

  20. Apply discounts/credits to invoice bottom line in order to calculate employee commissions

    Currently, employee commissions are calculated on a line item or product line as a dollar amount (percentage is not working).

    If a product has a price of $2000 and a fixed commission of $100, if you offer a $1000 discount on that item, the commission is still $100.

    There is a need to apply a percentage of the invoice bottom line to the person receiving commission that reflects a percentage of this bottom line and not each line item.
