  2. List multiple session in Client sessions if booked through advanced calendar

    When I book a multi day shoot using the advanced calendar, only the first day shows up in the clients session tab. Would be nice to have them all show.

  4. It would be nice to be able to add a 3rd photographer to an assingment

    We have weddings & commercial projects that require a 3rd photographer. It would be nice to be able to add the 3rd photographer. If we could also specify how many hours each photographer is scheduled for would be helpful.

  5. Add an option to print the notes of an invoice to the Image Detail Sheet

    Would like the notes to go on the Image Detail Sheet because the notes are usually editing notes added during sales presentations and the Image Detail Sheets are the ones that go to the editing dept.

  6. Delete client import templates

    Currently there is no ability to delete client import templates once they are saved - as we go through the process of getting the templates how we want them it is possible to create a lot of 'test' templates which are unable to be deleted and this causes a lot of clutter in the template list.

  9. Have a way to select the color of a text watermark when creating proofs or contact sheets.

    When putting a text watermark on a dark or low key image on a proof or contact sheet it's almost impossible to see when it is black text only. I would like to be able to select white or some other color that will show.

  10. Be able to set yearbook selection cut off by school year

    It would be helpful to be able to say for the class of 2018 at John Smith High School, the cut off for yearbook selections is September 15 2017, and then when we add the class of 2019-- set a seperate yearbook cutoff date.

    If you forget to change the date before you start a new season of seniors, everything that gets uploaded to IBY still has the previous years' cut off date, which means they cannot make a YB selection. To fix, you have to reupload everything that's been photographed for the current year.

  11. Allow for part time staff members in budgets.

    When setting budgets, currently the monthly amount is divided by the opening days for the business which assumes that all staff work 5 days per week, for those that work 3 days the budget is therefore incorrect. An allowance needs to be made so that the monthly budget could be divided by the number of days per month a certain staff member works. This would provide a correct reflection of their budget on those days that they work.

  16. Have user (and assistant) options for Appointment Types. E.g. with Sales we have a Salesperson plus an Assistant.

    We would like to save time having to go through the "Advanced Calendar Options" by simply having certain appointment types default to a user and a 2nd user.

  18. Add the ability to set the SMS and Lead Source fields in web forms

    We use web forms on iPads at exhibitions to collect leads and put them directly into MyStratus. We want to set SMS to true so we can create a trigger to send them a text while they are still at the exhibition. Currently, there is no work around to achieve this. There is no way to set Lead Source in a web form, only Client Status. Currently the only way to set this is to export the client data to a spreadsheet, modify it and then re-import it.

  19. task name

    When I link an email to a client, it would be great to see a description next to the tasks available to link to ...as right now its just a bunch of numbers...and i never know what the tasks are by just numbers. Not sure if Im missing something here...

  20. Automated Sitting #

    When Spectra assigns the automated sitting #, there is NOT an option to have the sitting # 1st and the Last Name directly after it? We organize our files by the sitting # NOT the Last Name. Can you add this option?
