Custom settings based on Organization
Global settings for all can be frustrating, the ability to customize settings based on an organization or Client Group would be very beneficial for many clients.

Allow Images from different Sessions to order package units, and the ability to merge session galleries based on Client

Add Session Number to pop-up advising record has been modified
When there are multiple sessions open at my workstation & I get a pop up advising that a record has been modified I can't tell which record it is. If the message included the session number then I could make an informed decision about how to action the pop up.

Add the option to show the Bill-To Client as opposed to the Session Client on deposits and reports where that option is not available
Current deposits do not show who received payment from if paying client is not the Session Client. Example: We photograph a sports team for a school (Session Client). None of the income is from the school, it's from dozens of parents. Yet, our deposits reflect payment is from the school. It would be nice to see who actually rendered payment.

Add agenda view to the Calendar Hub for a list of sessions and appointments
This is similar to the "Add a new Hub, Appointments, to Stratus and Spectra" but keeps it within the Calendar hub as it is just another way of viewing the calendar. It could be a list Sessions and Invoices Hubs for easy sorting and filtering, or more of a graphic like the current calendar views. Also users are used to the Agenda view within smartphone apps, for a quick filterable list of what is coming up this would be natural and intuitive.
Currently the only way to search for an unlinked appointment is through the dashboard reports / data view.…

Add search ability in Android phones
Would like to be able to search for a specific client when creating a new session/appointment instead of having to scroll through all clients

Add ability to add appointment and new client all at one time from the calendar.
To make the mobile app more like the desktop, it would be great to add everything at once from the Schedule in the mobile app.

Would like to have the ability for advanced printing options so you can select the paper size and weight (I.e. when printing card stock).

Add ability on any Hub using a Filter, the sort order of that filter, be used.

Add user defined questions for statuses.
Add a client Status for Deceased. When selected, have a popup to ask user defined questions (or to enable certain Data Entry Validation).

Add ability to set a Due Date based on Task Priority Number
Would like to be able to determine due dates as based on priority number. An example would be if a Task's priority was set to 1, then the Due Date would be 1 day. If the Priority was set to 2, then the due date could be 3 days out.

Set up recurring Calls or Tasks to do daily, weekly, monthly or yearly.

Add a type of family relationship so that if a client has an organization that special type auto updates the Org Parent / and Session Parent
Would like to Automatically move the Parent's Name and Phone from the Family Member's section to the Client Organization Tab, and the Session Organization Tab.
