  1. When a parent books Senior online have a Webform that collect students name, high school plus other information

    We book lots of different types of sessions online, seniors, head shots, families, etc. For seniors we are calling to get more information. It would be nice to have a form for seniors to collect the information.

  4. Invoices: Each data entry needs to have the user signature so that mistakes can be tracked back

    Need to be able to track who created an invoice -- We do not track sales person for online orders because we do not give anyone that commission. We still need to know who created the invoice or made last changes -- a history of users

  5. Online Booking - Provide Main Categories with Session Types as Sub Items

    This idea was posted before and was closed for some reason before its completion.

    We need to update the online booking experience with StudioPlus to be more user friendly. One way to do this is to have "Categories" for the Products and Services bing offered. In our case, we would set up the following categroies:
    Baby Portraits
    Child Portraits
    Family Portraits
    Executive Portraits
    Senior Portraits

    The sole purpose of each of these categories is to serve as a link to the actual session types which can be scheduled. Right now, we would have to list a dozen or so different…

  6. Make auto correct an option.

    We sometimes want to type in company names in all caps and Spectra used to let us do so but now it auto corrects it to have only the first letter capitalized. IBM should not be Ibm.

  7. Attach invoices to sessions after the fact

    When we have large jobs (sports league or school pictures), occasionally parents call to pay over the phone. It would be nice to enter the invoice quickly while you're on the phone with them and then go through the calendar later to find the session and attach the invoice.

  9. Create coupon codes for online booking

    Like IBY, it would be fabulous to be able to create a limited time coupon code for sessions in the online booking interface-- ex. all sessions between 7/5 and 7/15 are $10 off!

  10. Multilingual Online Booking

    It would very professional to have an online booking in our own language (Dutch in my case).
    I would be happy to translate everything in Dutch.

    We already supported English, French, German, and Spanish. In version 2020, we have added support for Dutch, Danish, Italian, Swedish, and Norwegian.

    The way this works is that we use your Locale setting from your company settings as the default online booking translation. We also give you the option to override that in the URL. e.g. if you want myStratus Desktop to display text in english, but online booking to display in another language, you could use this for your online booking URL:
    https://yoursubdomain.mystratus.com/onlinebooking.aspx?locale=nb

    Note: you should use the 2 digit country codes in column 639-1 here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_ISO_639-1_codes

    If you encounter any text that is not translated or any translations that are wrong, please email support@studioplussoftware.com with a screenshot of the page and what the translated text should be.

  11. Invoice Tab Should Have Green Dot When Fully Paid

    Currently, on the client page, the invoice tab has either no dot, a yellow dot, or a red dot. The red dot indicates an open balance that is late and the yellow dot indicates an open balance that is current. I think a green dot should be present to indicate a paid balance. The absence of any dot should indicate no invoice has been generated. Therefore, no dot will be a warning to create an invoice.

    It would be nice to get an email reminder a week or so before appointments/sessions if there is any sort of unpaid balance in their account files.

  13. Payment will not save if it did not clear

    If a payment does not go through the processor, that it will not save in the database. I have found a few times that it saved, but did not go though due to an error or a decline. Can be a loss if not caught

  14. Have mailing labels that print the ship-to address on the label from an invoice or work order instead of the session client address

    Often we have Bill-to or Ship-to clients that are different than the Session-client but when we try to print a mailing label from the session invoice or work order, it only prints the session client's address, not the Ship-to address. The only way to print the Bill-to or Ship-to address on a label is to open the client screen of the Ship-to client and print the mailing label from there.There's got to be a fix done for this problem. Please vote!!

  15. Communications Tab - Show Email Date AND Time

    A column for the time needs to be added next to the date of emails, etc. in the Communications tab. Many times, we have multiple emails from a client in the same day, and the time of receipt would be a real help.

  16. Email Delivery and Read indication when using Studio Plus Mail via SendGrid

    In the same way that it is possible to see if an email delivery address has failed or has been blocked, it would be great if we could see if the email has been delivered and opened within Spectra. This information is available via SendGrid so would be beneficial if it could be incorporated

  17. Remove formatting rules from data entry fields

    A couple of examples as well as someone's recent suggestion regarding auto correct, when typing 2 consecutive capital letters as a first name it reverts the second letter to lower case (workaround is inserting a space between letters, also when entering a hyphenated name it reverts the first letter of the second name to lower case (again the workaround is to insert unnecessary spaces)

  19. Enable the use of tokens in the subject line of HTML emails

    We have scores of HTML emails that we send out for various reasons. Where appropriate, we use tokens in the body of the email to personalize the email. It would be great if we could do that for the email subject line, to encourage more opens and personalize the subject matter. " Thanks for your inquiry [[ Mary ]]"

  20. A couple of extra custom fields

    There is space in the Client - General tab for two more fields at the bottom of the middle column. If they were custom fields, it would allow a bit more space for those of us who need to keep a lot of repetitive data.
