Set up Inspired By You to prevent customers from ordering sizes or finishes not available on certain poses.
Allow certain poses to only be ordered in certain sizes or finishes. For example, prevent a 10x20 shaped panel from being ordered as any size except a 1-2 ratio. Or prevent a sports composite that you only sell as a 16x20 or larger from being ordered as a 5x7.

Skipio intergration
It would be great if Stratus would integrate with Skipio, it would make Stratus so much more powerful! Ringless voicemails, text with video or pics and much more.

Commissions should only be paid when money is PAID on an invoice.
Commissions should not be paid until the money comes to the studio.

Allow Partial Payment of Online Invoices
Thank you for adding the ability to make online payments. It would be helpful is a client could make a partial payment instead of having to pay the entire thing. Example. The customer owes $4000 but needs to spread out the payment with different cards and/or on different dates. The flexibilty would be helpful.

Confirm Appointment or Session with a "Yes" SMS reply
Some may not want to click on the long awkward link, having the option to reply with a Yes to confirm would help.

2 week Time Card Reports
We are paid Bi-Weekly. My husband would like the Time Card reports to show the hours for the whole 2 weeks, not have them separated by weeks. Thank You!

Have the ability to modify the web from submitted page or be able to use your own web page for that.

Integrate with a Cloud Based Call System
It would be amazing if cloud based phone calling and Stratus was CRM integrated with each other. That way you could make phone calls by clicking on contacts inside of Stratus. Also when a contact calls in, it is synced with the CRM so it pulls up the clients client tab when they call in.

When viewing and printing an unlinked appointment -- You should be able to see the same info.
In other words, what you see on the screen when you click on an appointment, should preview and print the same. This means that you need to add the info field of "Description" to the print/preview options.

Allow users to see what texts or emails have been scheduled.
Once you schedule a batch of texts or emails, there needs to be some sort of documentation that is visible to the user. I'm sitting here on a holiday when tech support isn't working, wondering whether I just scheduled tomorrow's batch of texts to the correct client group. There is no way to double check that.

Built-in email verifier, to let you know email when you enter it to know if the email is correct email. To make it easier when entering leads.

make it possible to sync a web form field to the client lead source field.
I'm thinking a web site inquiry is a lead from our website. I'd like it to show as from that as the lead source.

Filter invoices by client group.
Filter invoices by client group. Under invoices as a "search by" similar to under the client tab.

Make the titles of any customer feedback or info fields - editable and the ability to make required or not required
Allow more custom fields that are editable and with the ability to require that they be filled or not. Particularly in the IBY Online session setion. Sometimes when we need the student/child's name, the parents fill out the forms with their own names and we would like to be able to have a required field that the client must fill in to continue. a couple of these fields would help even more.

skip duplicates when sending email to clients that have had multiple sessions
when sending bulk emails to clients that had sessions, would be nice if you could automatically check for duplicates. all the times clients that had multiple sessions in a specified date range will receive multiple emails and that is often annoying for them

Online Gift Certificates
I'd like to set up the ability to purchase a gift certificate (headshot or family portrait) online WITHOUT choosing a date. We'd like to collect payment and issue an email certificate that recipient can then use whenever they want. (They'd have to call to make appt.)

Email Groups
Have the option for Email Groups, so the same email type (Pet) are in one group and (Portrait) emails are in another. A way to make it easier to find the related email for the Session.

With Stratus CRM integrate with API for incoming calls.
The TAPI will work with dialing out, not incoming? New phones systems like the YEALINK work with API that will work with outgoing and incoming calls. TAPI will work with just outgoing calls. It would be great if Stratus could talk with API systems.
