Allow for individual existing clients in the system to be batch-added to newly-created groups
Allow for existing clients in the system to be added to newly-created groups by highlighting multiple clients and having a tool which allows clients to be selected on an individual basis, but NOT adding them one at a time. For example, I have clients from a specific school which are more than a couple of years out. I have created a new group to market to and want to add individuals based on criteria I determine, NOT just adding an existing client group to a new group. Using shipping confirmations for a Triggers
Here's a webhook idea- api so that a delivery confirmation from a carrier like UPS, USPS or FedEx can trigger a session status change and notification to the photographer.
We manually change session status to 'complete' after we ship but occasionally the bride does not tell us she moved homes and we forget to ask. So a happy client can easily become an unhappy client. This can circumvent that.5 votes -

Have the ability to bulk change records to a different user. This would be helpful when an employee has left the company and a new user needs to pick up where they left off.

create a scheduling link for organizations (schools) so they can post it on their website.
Create a link for organizations so schools, may include the scheduling page for them on their website, making it easier for them to find us and schedule an appointment. Not all emails are seen - they get spammed.

Change the sender/receiver email addresses automatically based on Incoming or Outgoing Direction
When opening an email window the default direction is Outgoing & the email addresses in the From & To boxes reflect the outgoing email direction. It would be handy if the system could reallocate the email addresses automatically if the direction of the email is changed to Incoming. I currently have to manually change them. I use this function to record emails which have not automatically gone into Studio Plus due to them being sent to an email address not connected to Studio Plus (yet I still want to record the client interaction in Studio Plus)

Make Spectra TLS compliant with emails, right now Spectra is not TLS compliant with outgoing emails

Create Session Cancellation email function to allow linked Session Status to be changed also. Same as Session Confirmation Emails.
With session confirmation emails, you can set the preference to check the confirmed checkbox and update session status. Allowing a confirmed session status to be changed (say from Confirmation Pending to Session Pending). It would be nice to have the session cancel link work the same way, check the canceled check box and update the session status (say from Confirmation Pending to Session Canceled)

myStratus Email - Add "Delayed Send" Function
We need a way on mass or individual emails to delay the send of the email until a future time or date.
Many of us who are small studios who catch up on our paperwork at home or on weekends. We need a way to be able to do this work, then have our emails actually send during business or weekday hours (not at 2am).

Global Setting of Column Displays That Can Be "Locked Down"
There needs to be a way that an account administrator can set the columns and their order on all displays so that it is consistent from one workstation to the next without allowing the user to alter them.

Make Fixing the Date/Time Field a Priority
Please make fixing the "Date/Time" column on email listing and as used in other areas of the program so that it does in fact display the date and time and not just the date.
This is not a new feature request - it is a plea that you fix something that is broken.
The problem has existed for well over six months. It's time to get it taken care of.

Add "Total Sales" (pre-tax) to Sales Tax Report
The current sales tax report does not include a column for Total Sales (pre-tax).
Ironically, the report does include totals that most studios would not ever use to file sales taxes...like shipping.
On the other hand, every sales tax filing I've ever done always wants to know "Total Pre-Tax Sales". This is the total of Taxable and Non-Taxable sales before sales tax.
As it stands now, each time I print a sales tax report I must manually add the taxable and non-taxable sales to get this number.If you use the "Total" field in the Stratus report you are getting a…2 votes -
Add the ability to create a hyperlink within an email
Please add the ability to create hyperlinks within manually written emails.
I realize that I can create links in form emails...but I send very few of those. Most emails are tailored to the clients needs and the links vary. The addition of this capability would be very helpful.
