  1. First field is active when record is open, be able to turn it off

    It would be nice if we could turn off having the first field active in a record as sometimes it gets changed without the user knowing.

  2. Change html email before sending

    When manually sending an email (from template), it is not possible to change anything in the text (body) or subject. That's too bad. We would love to see that changed.

  3. Add a numerical sortable custom field to the client page

    Add a numerical sortable field on the FRONT of the client page, right underneath OTHER 4 / Custom 4 . To work with $ fields? commas, i.e $1,234,567 ? or 1,234,567 ? ...the one reason we all need this field is to import the dollar value of a contacts home price (fb data) and sort and filter by that field. SOOOOON PLEASE Release 2021

  4. Customize landing login text Username instead of Email address or Username

    It would be less confusing to customers if the landing login page text is customized to read Username instead of Email address or Username, depending on studio settings for user name.

  6. Add salesperson tracking by account

    We have more than one saleperson. A salesperson is assigned to the account they were responsible for landing. Currently there is no way for us to know when a salesperson would receive a commission on sales, as we don't know if it was their account that sales were made on.

    Therefore, it would be great to have the ability to associate an account with a salesrep (similar to products), and then anytime an invoice is created for that account, the salesrep ID/commission rate is automatically calculated on all items sold (or even better a way to override individually items in…

  7. Commission by employee not by position.

    As we grow I have Sr. and Jr. photographers/salespeople. Jr. staff won't get the same commission as Sr. staff...but the current setup in Stratus doesn't allow that.

  8. provide a way to link phone call recordings to the client

    Currently receive voicemail into stratus messages - have to manually attach to client - BUT - would like to have phone call recordings through our phone system ALSO be attachable to the client...or automatically do so if the number is recognized. Important!!

  11. Allow users to see what texts or emails have been scheduled.

    Once you schedule a batch of texts or emails, there needs to be some sort of documentation that is visible to the user. I'm sitting here on a holiday when tech support isn't working, wondering whether I just scheduled tomorrow's batch of texts to the correct client group. There is no way to double check that.

  12. make it possible to sync a web form field to the client lead source field.

  13. skip duplicates when sending email to clients that have had multiple sessions

    when sending bulk emails to clients that had sessions, would be nice if you could automatically check for duplicates. all the times clients that had multiple sessions in a specified date range will receive multiple emails and that is often annoying for them

  14. With Stratus CRM integrate with API for incoming calls.

    The TAPI will work with dialing out, not incoming? New phones systems like the YEALINK work with API that will work with outgoing and incoming calls. TAPI will work with just outgoing calls. It would be great if Stratus could talk with API systems.

  18. Make the Process of Updating Statuses easier.

    One big problem is that sometimes I forget to change status on sessions and Invoices. If there was a way to make it easier or make the status BOLD, BIG & COLORFUL that may help or an ALARM.

  20. for customers booking outside the time zone, can stratus warn them that that appointment time may not be what it displays on the calendar.
