Add ability to filter by Item Group
I would like to be able to filter by an Item Group, so I can find clients who bought anything from that group. The Product Analysis Report only shows me the number of items sold, not the clients who bought them.

Quick search for Groups
When searching groups to add to a client's screeen it would be helpful to have a search box that you can type in the name of the group to search in addition to the scroll down. It would make it easier to find a group quickly.

Client record name not modifiable when opened unless clicked on
Client record name not modifiable when opened unless clicked on. So you are not overwriting what is in there. Such as it auto enters you in the last name/ first name. You may want to start typing and not realizing you are doing so and save and the name has changed

In "Today's Snapshot" hyperlink the Receivables Total to a Receivables Listing ...
... so that it shows WHICH clients owe money
That would be an excellent way of being able to chase down monies owing to the business.

Make a way to permanently disable "Merge Owner Info" for Calendar print.
Would really love a way to permanently disable the "Merge Owner Info" (possibly somewhere like User Preferences?). It's a minor issue, but it would be amazing if there was somewhere to say - no, I don't want this pre-checked every time I print the calendar.

Client Search Options to Include Organization
Add the option for Organization in the search for the Client Hub

communication tab
Show in communications tab that you sent written letter(snail-mail) Have customized mail types simular to call types. Quick overview to to see in communications that the task was completed. A quick referance in the communications tab so you can see all forms of communications with the client when you on the phone with them. To go above and beyond have a trigger to print primary letter when client is created.

Add ability to log written communications to Communications tab
The communication tab only logs emails and texts. Please add the ability to track other mailings in addition to texts and emails. We typically mail hard copy catalogs, thank you notes and some other pieces. We would like to track these mailings

Files can be attached to clients, sessions, invoices, orders, and tasks already, review this link for more info.

We create a task with the description that says what we are attaching, and then attach that doc to the Task.

Emails - List Attachments, Recipient Names and CC's on Printed Copies
Please fix your email system so that the names of the recipients (in addition to their email addresses), the names and email addresses of the copy recipients and the file names of the attachments are listed on any printed copy of an email.

Email Hub - Make Email Body Text and Titles Fully Searchable
We need a search field in the email hub that will allow a search by a word or string of words (in quotes) of not only the title of the text, but also the body text of the email and the sender's email address.
