Saving an appointment or Session
On the i phone, when you SAVE a appointment or session it stay in the same screen, I can't tell if what I did is saved. SO normally see my self pressing the save several times

Email trigger for soon expiring credit cards
With Clients on Payment Plans, an email has to go to the Clients whose credit cards would expire soon so they can contact us to update the new credit card information. Often we come to know that a Client's credit card has expired only after the transaction has declined on the due date. Only then we start following up with the Client to update the new payment details.
It would be helpful to trigger an email or sms text to the Client before two weeks from the payment due date advicing they need to update their new credit card details…

Be able to import ProSelect Pricelist into Studio Plus
Would be great to be able to import ProSelect Pricelists into Studio Plus....manually inputting the data is not only tedious, it also creates another possibility of an error.

Outlook connector or send with outlook
On a mac or using the web browser it is slow and inefficient to send mail and would love a way to click send email and bounce to outlook - with some of the predefined email templates we use.

Timestamp automatically goes to the bottom of notes
It would be great if the timestamp (crtl+T) would default to the bottom of the notes, rather than at the top and we write our notes in chronological order from top to bottom and are always having to copy and paste.

Create a way to determine unsent marketing emails when timed out
I do a lot of email marketing through Communications Wizard. Occasionally, for whatever reason, the email gets timed out and all of the emails do not go through. In the messages hub, it would be nice to have a category "Unsent" so I can figure out which messages didn't go through and resend them. Right now I have to go to Messages hub, filter to find out which ones were sent, export a list, print it out. Then I have to go through Communications Wizard, recreate the email to send, unselect all and select the names that didn't go through.…

Automatically fill in fields for parents names everywhere it asks for it by entering it only once.
For example: When you enter the parents name in participants, the program will automatically fill the other fields like Client/Organization/parents names.

possibility to setup a trigger when changing a client status reason
Client is prospect wedding, after a call I wanna send some more info, so it's still a prospect wedding, but one step further, so wanna do that step on the status reason, but cannot setup a trigger for that

Need 2nd yearbook pose selection option to carry over to IBY
We can set up an organization to require a 2nd YB pose but IBY only allows the client to select on.

Improve Sales Module
In multi-screen sales I'm limited to 6 images per screen. Increase that number at least by 2X please.
Also a room view is vital to wall portrait sales. I've been considering going to ProSelect just for that feature but like the smooth inegration of sales with S+.11 votes -
Production Order Report - Make Columns Variable
When printing the Production Order Status Report, the "Company Name" is a fixed column that could be substituted with something that might be more useful like Organization Name or any number of fields.

Allow to bulk update session records, via csv at the least. This would allow something like, say, updating yearbook poses as a batch.
It doesn't even need to be a gui, it can just be a wizard like the client updater. It would just be really helpful to be able to use say a .csv to batch update session records rather than doing so one by one.

Client file upload feature
We specialize in in-house production of large prints and framing and we have cases (such as for image restoration or printing) where the customer wants to send us an image.
It would be nice to have a way for either a new or existing customer to be able to upload a file into Stratus drive and it would create a new session record in stratus/spectra.
It would also be great if it could be integrated via webforms and/or email letter builder.

Make it possible to customize default fonts & formatting for emails composed in Stratus (whether "blank" or a "reply.")
Because Arial really doesn't work with our branding. LOL

second brand
Would love for the ability to have a Second Brand added in Spectra. Would need to be able to send emails from a second email address, have a different logo for invoices etc. But seems as if most items will work in spectra as is.

"Fall Portrait Special" (all materials, layouts and printed materials completed by 9/15) 1. mail postcard by 9/30 - 2. 4 days later, send html email followup - 3. 2 days later, send 2nd email - 4. 2 days later send 3rd email followup.......etc.

Lead Source to be attached to and retained with session and appointment
For returning clients, currently our protocol is to type previous lead source in Client Notes screen and overwrite with new source on Client main page, however this is not always done and we either lose previous lead source or end up with a line of multiple sources on the client page.
Always helpful to know how we first came into contact with clients and subsequent contacts.6 votes
