  2. Ability to individually customise font formatting in notes to highlight important data (colour, size weight etc per line)

    Being able to highlight specific aspects of notes would make them so much easier to read, especially for clients with a lot of data.

    We could do this in our old system & aside from being able to bold, underline & increase the size of really important info, I could colour code other important data so I could easily pick it out when a client called & needed to quickly scan as I spoke to them. So for example, any voucher/session package info was in blue, family member info was green, pet info was purple, payment information was in red…

  3. Allow more options for information requested by studio during on line booking

    When we get a senior booking on line, many times we get the parent's name and contact info without knowing so assume the parent is the student. We also don't get the name of the school. It would be nice to have fields for parents name and contact info as well as the student's info, graduating year and school. There could be fields for company name when business sessions are booking etc. These could be showing, hidden or required fields just like the couple of options currently in use.

  4. I really want a default note which prints on the appointment reminders. People don't listen and I do give them a lot of info when they leave

    I would like the ability to create default notes which automatically print on appointment types and invoices. The feature allows for more information to be conveyed when a reminder is printed and given to a client at the end of a specific appointment or session to plan for the next appointment. A default note on an invoice allows for terms of the invoice to be printed automatically, but could be delete before printing in unique situations.

  5. Skipio intergration

    It would be great if Stratus would integrate with Skipio, it would make Stratus so much more powerful! Ringless voicemails, text with video or pics and much more.

  6. add new notifications

    When an email comes it, it is usually assigned to a certain employee. However, it would be nice that when that employee reassigns the email to another employee a notification pops up on their screen alerting them to view the email.

  11. Enter notes for an Image in Sales Presentation without it being on an order

    The ability to add notes to an image that is not on an Invoice. When someone is viewing the images only and wants things changed to the image before ordering.

  14. Enable triggers to have an Active / Inactive Option

    Currently, if we want to stop certain triggers from running, the triggers have to be deleted or changed to manually process and cancelled which is far from ideal especially with several users.
    Some can involve quite a bit of setting up so it's not ideal having to delete them and then redo each one.
    The current coronavirus situation means we dont want the normal triggers applying however we would want them again in a few months, would be far more convenient to have an active/inactive option like other areas of the software.

  15. Allow users to see what texts or emails have been scheduled.

    Once you schedule a batch of texts or emails, there needs to be some sort of documentation that is visible to the user. I'm sitting here on a holiday when tech support isn't working, wondering whether I just scheduled tomorrow's batch of texts to the correct client group. There is no way to double check that.

  16. Allow Partial Payment of Online Invoices

    Thank you for adding the ability to make online payments. It would be helpful is a client could make a partial payment instead of having to pay the entire thing. Example. The customer owes $4000 but needs to spread out the payment with different cards and/or on different dates. The flexibilty would be helpful.

  18. No Intial Order on Sessions

    There is a Dashboard report, but not a way to filter this. It would be nice if a filter that would show No Initial Order on Sessions so that can be used to send out an email to target them alone.
    Right now you have to export them out and send them soem other way.

    I'm thinking a web site inquiry is a lead from our website. I'd like it to show as from that as the lead source.

  20. Integrate with a Cloud Based Call System

    It would be amazing if cloud based phone calling and Stratus was CRM integrated with each other. That way you could make phone calls by clicking on contacts inside of Stratus. Also when a contact calls in, it is synced with the CRM so it pulls up the clients client tab when they call in.
