Add image numbers to Inspired shopping cart. A client wanted to know about touch up on the image she chose but I couldn't see which image it is.

Add a Yearbook Advisor/Sponsor Update feature
Develop a utility to provide organization updates to a specific contact listed for that organization. For example, a utility that you can turn on or off for a yearbook advisor or admin at an organization to give them a specified report or update at a chosen interval (weekly, biweekly, monthly). The report could be an attachment they can print out or embedded, but ideally attached. And as the studio if you don't want it on for certain organizations, you leave it turned off.
Another option would be to create an area that an advisor could login to view the organization's…

Make the YB CD Tool fill in the needed Columns (PSPA Standards) that are already populated at the top of the index file that Stratus creates and most all schools and yearbook companies need to flow the data into their layout software. Example: Teacher, Grade, etc

Have the option to POP OUT the WORKFLOW HUB to it's own separate window.
If the Workflow hub can pop out to it's own separate window, then users can have their schedule, calendar, client list, etc up on a separate monitor at the same time! Multitasking! VOTE FOR ME!!!!

Abilty to setup automatic emailing of reports.
Select the report you want to run, select daily, weekly or monthly, add recipients, save and close. Report is delivered to your email as requested. Report is waiting for you when you get in or easy to view when on the road.

Currently we are stuck with absolutely all text that come through. It would be nice to delete unwanted and old unnecessary text.

Prepare and Retouch Yearbook Images in Bulk
It would be a huge time saver to have a bulk process available to show all of the students for a grad year and organization and allow us to retouch and prepare the yearbook images on one screen. Right now we have to open each session record one by one to complete this process.

No Default Date in "Delivery Date"
We often have troubles with the default delivery date being set to the current date when the invoice is made. If the selection was left blank and a required input, it would be easier to remember to set it properly.

Allow Invoice customization similar to Quickbooks
It would be helpful to be able to customize the invoice fields and layout (and save templates) for various types of clients. Some of our commercial work requires additional/longer address fields, more detailed (free form) descriptions of the project, and licensing terms on the invoice.

Would like to take paypal payments in IBY
Paypal is very widely used and we have used it with other on line viewing services. It is easy to set up with the account so, should be with IBY

It would be nice to be able to add a 3rd photographer to an assingment
We have weddings & commercial projects that require a 3rd photographer. It would be nice to be able to add the 3rd photographer. If we could also specify how many hours each photographer is scheduled for would be helpful.

It would be helpful to export total actual tax dollars collected per month vs just showing tax along with adding a 2nd line for service tax.
In IL we have a service tax (10% of normal tax) besides regular tax. It would be nice to be able to distinguish tax rate for each line item. Plus to be able to export a tax report of monthly actual tax collected not just what is on the clients invoice. Right now all reports show tax whether paid or outstanding.

Lock images in presentation for zooming and panning
When you are in the presentation and you have multiple images selected there should be an option to lock them together, so you can zoom and pan all at the same time. This would help out when comparing like images and tring to find the best expression

Delete client import templates
Currently there is no ability to delete client import templates once they are saved - as we go through the process of getting the templates how we want them it is possible to create a lot of 'test' templates which are unable to be deleted and this causes a lot of clutter in the template list.

Create filter groups
It would great to have the ability to group filters in order to avoid clutter in the filter list - the ability to expand a group, access the filters inside and then collapse that group would be very helpful
