  1. Control What mobile app can see in Dashboard

    Maybe we can do this. But I did not see the option anywhere.
    Some companies , may not want the mobile users in their employ. To see the company sales on the Dashboard

  2. Is there a way to make the "Approx. Delivery Date" and Date to be Bold and in RED? - On the order invoice print out / email attachment-

    On the order invoice print out / email attachment-Is there a way to make the "Approx. Delivery Date" and Date to be Bold and in RED?
    - Maybe add the feature on the custom field design "highlight option - Y" which would make it either regular, bold or highlighted (RED)??

  3. Bulk delete option for Groups

    An option to bulk delete groups would be great, we create so many groups each year for many purposes but we do not need them again in the future and sometimes we accidentally name the group something that already exists and we end up notifying the wrong clients when using the communication wizard. Deleting them one by one is too time consuming.

  4. StudioPlus Mail Add-on - Add Email overrides to Communication Wizard and HTML emails

    Just like the new option on Triggers, add an ability for StudioPlus Mail users to enter the email address they want an email campaign to send from on the Communication Wizard and/or HTML email builder. (e.g. this is a scheduling email and should always be sent from our scheduling email address)

  5. Auto save records before they are updated

    Auto save records before they get updated from a SMS message, when sending out from the communication wizard or someone else making a change to the record while you have it open.

  7. Make the default new invoice button a session invoice instead of a client invoice.

    since 90% of invoices should be session invoices and invoice type cannot be change after the fact

  8. Allow more options for information requested by studio during on line booking

    When we get a senior booking on line, many times we get the parent's name and contact info without knowing so assume the parent is the student. We also don't get the name of the school. It would be nice to have fields for parents name and contact info as well as the student's info, graduating year and school. There could be fields for company name when business sessions are booking etc. These could be showing, hidden or required fields just like the couple of options currently in use.

  9. Have the ability in IBY to edit deliivery and shipping options

    We no longer have a brick and mortar studio so the option to "Pick it up at the studio" makes no sense. We hand deliver orders with wall portraits and drop ship small orders from our lab. For school and organization events we drop the orders off at the school or organization. The current options are too limiting,

  10. Set up Inspired By You to prevent customers from ordering sizes or finishes not available on certain poses.

    Allow certain poses to only be ordered in certain sizes or finishes. For example, prevent a 10x20 shaped panel from being ordered as any size except a 1-2 ratio. Or prevent a sports composite that you only sell as a 16x20 or larger from being ordered as a 5x7.

  11. Commissions should only be paid when money is PAID on an invoice.

    Commissions should not be paid until the money comes to the studio.

  12. Online Gift Certificates

    I'd like to set up the ability to purchase a gift certificate (headshot or family portrait) online WITHOUT choosing a date. We'd like to collect payment and issue an email certificate that recipient can then use whenever they want. (They'd have to call to make appt.)

  14. Allow Calendar to Print in all of the Increment Options

    Calendar offers viewing in increments as small as 5 minute windows, but will not print out in increments that small. Please adjust calendar to print the different increment time frames as well as showing them on the desktop.

  16. Add the ability to create a hyperlink within an email

    Please add the ability to create hyperlinks within manually written emails.

    I realize that I can create links in form emails...but I send very few of those. Most emails are tailored to the clients needs and the links vary. The addition of this capability would be very helpful.

  19. When reports are created, do not make them case sensitive.

    i.e STUDIO PLUS should report in the same section as Studio Plus

  20. Make a Waiting List Feature

    Like my Eye Doctor - when making appointments they have a waiting list they pick from when there is a scheduled appointment or session (in our case) that way if someone cancels a session or appointment we can hit a button or look at a call type list with info for that client to contact and let them know there is a last minute opening.
