'From' and 'To' Email column in the Messages Hub
There is no way to see who a message is from if they are not in your database. Adding the option of showing a 'From' or 'To' column that would show the email address of the person emailing you, or who it is to, would be a big help.

Set Client's adres as default when choosing 'outside location'.
When booking a new session, it would be handy if you could set the home adres of the client when choosing 'outside location'. Or making it a selectable option when choosing outside location. As now you have to fill out the adress manually.

Ability to customize communication tab
I would like to be able to add a custom field (call number iteration) to the communication tab so that when a caller opens the communication tab for a client they can immediately see the number (increment) of the last call - a column chooser type of function would be great.

Add Time Slots to the Bulk Scheduling Tool!
All the same parameters that are available for the Bulk Scheduling tool would be so helpful for scheduling Time Slots!

Increase font size on the moble app calendar
The font size while using the calendar is very small. It would be great to have the option to increase the font size or just increase it.

be able to delete older text
Currently we are stuck with absolutely all text that come through. It would be nice to delete unwanted and old unnecessary text.

No Default Date in "Delivery Date"
We often have troubles with the default delivery date being set to the current date when the invoice is made. If the selection was left blank and a required input, it would be easier to remember to set it properly.

It would be nice to be able to add a 3rd photographer to an assingment
We have weddings & commercial projects that require a 3rd photographer. It would be nice to be able to add the 3rd photographer. If we could also specify how many hours each photographer is scheduled for would be helpful.

Lock images in presentation for zooming and panning
When you are in the presentation and you have multiple images selected there should be an option to lock them together, so you can zoom and pan all at the same time. This would help out when comparing like images and tring to find the best expression

Delete client import templates
Currently there is no ability to delete client import templates once they are saved - as we go through the process of getting the templates how we want them it is possible to create a lot of 'test' templates which are unable to be deleted and this causes a lot of clutter in the template list.

Create a iPad App that will work with Spectra on a local network, without the internet.
A moblie app to enable you to use an iPad as a calendar in the studio on the local network using the Spectra database with no internet needed.
Also it would be nice to be able to print to network printers for invoices and reciepts. Like the apple stores does.5 votes -
Allow items to be flagged do not discount
I have some invoices that get discounted by a percent because they were placed online using paypal. Then I add a line item to the invoice for the paypal amount charged for that invoice. I would like that paypal item to not be giving the discount.

Be able to specify default columns on many different report windows.
When clicking on a dollar amount or the number of sessions on the Today's Snapshot, for example, would be nice to select the columns I always want to appear in the window that opens.

Add Private Appointments
Add ability to set an appointment to private so it is only visible to the User who created it, but shows as busy to other Users viewing it.

Give the ability to relabel the "main" phone number with a name
Since phone technology has changed so much over the years, most clients no longer have landlines. Especially for senior portrait clients, the main phone number is usually the parent's but we list the client as the student. It would be helpful to be able to assign a name to the first phone number so we know who we're calling. It's nice for all the other phone numbers listed we can assign the names to them. Some parents do not like to give out their child's phone number. Also, if we put the child's number first, that comes out as the…

For the custom labels and lists, enable the ability to move the items up or down without losing data
Enable the custom list items to be moved around (up or down). As we add items, they often are not grouped with similar items, so it would be nice to be able to change the order.

List and open clients that are in the same group from the Client's Group Tab
In other words, have 3 list boxes in the Client's Group Tab, instead of the current two. First two list boxes would be as they are now. Currently the list boxes are...
1) All groups
2) Groups that current client belongs to3) New list box would show the clients that are a member of the group that is selected in the second list box
