  1. Add a Yearbook Advisor/Sponsor Update feature

    Develop a utility to provide organization updates to a specific contact listed for that organization. For example, a utility that you can turn on or off for a yearbook advisor or admin at an organization to give them a specified report or update at a chosen interval (weekly, biweekly, monthly). The report could be an attachment they can print out or embedded, but ideally attached. And as the studio if you don't want it on for certain organizations, you leave it turned off.

  2. No Default Date in "Payment Due Date"

    We often have troubles with the default payment date being set to the current date when the invoice is made. If the selection was left blank and a required input, it would be easier to remember to set it properly.

  3. Create filter groups

    It would great to have the ability to group filters in order to avoid clutter in the filter list - the ability to expand a group, access the filters inside and then collapse that group would be very helpful

  4. For the online booking preference, have the Student ID as an option to pull up their record

    And to add to this, we don't want students to add a new client record since they may already be in the system. Parents are adding their name and not the student's name hence the reason for using Student ID's as the record locator and would prefer that this is an only option. Also, would there be a way for anyone with a previous appointment scheduled that they cannot schedule another one without calling the studio.

  7. Add an option to omit Students with Future and previous Sessions in Bulk Scheduler.

    Each year it is getting harder and harder to use the bulk scheduler for our cleanup sessions.

    We work towards a yearbook deadline to get students photographed in our studios. If they don’t come in to the studio, the school schedules a cleanup day roughly one month before the deadline. We then use the bulk scheduler to create sessions for those students without a session record. The problem is that the bulk scheduler will only exclude those students with a future scheduled session. So that means it will create a session record for all of the students including those that…

  8. Add agenda view to the Calendar Hub for a list of sessions and appointments

    This is similar to the "Add a new Hub, Appointments, to Stratus and Spectra" but keeps it within the Calendar hub as it is just another way of viewing the calendar. It could be a list Sessions and Invoices Hubs for easy sorting and filtering, or more of a graphic like the current calendar views. Also users are used to the Agenda view within smartphone apps, for a quick filterable list of what is coming up this would be natural and intuitive.

    Currently the only way to search for an unlinked appointment is through the dashboard reports / data view.…

  9. Add ability to select paper size and weight.

  10. Add ability on any Hub using a Filter, the sort order of that filter, be used.

    When using a filter, to have the option to apply the sort order to where the filter is being used.

  11. Add ability to view the number of the week, in some countries, that's how they view "time".

    When viewing Calendar month view, show the number of the week it is for the year.

  13. Add user defined questions for statuses.

    Add a client Status for Deceased.  When selected, have a popup to ask user defined questions (or to enable certain Data Entry Validation).

  14. Add ability to set a Due Date based on Task Priority Number

    Would like to be able to determine due dates as based on priority number. An example would be if a Task's priority was set to 1, then the Due Date would be 1 day. If the Priority was set to 2, then the due date could be 3 days out.

  15. Retain the same location on the list from where you were when making a choice to move on to the next group.

    When Client Group list is long, and you are adding multiple Groups to a client, if the list is a long one and you scroll down to add one, once its added you are brought to the top of the list, make it so you are where you were when you added the last group.

  16. Add pop up when changing client last name asking "Do you want to change Family members too?"

    A Popup appears when changing the Last Name of a client asking if the last name's of the family members should be changed. If 'Yes' is chosen all Family Members last names will also change, if 'No' they will stay the same

  19. Add ability to setup triggers not based on a Status Change

  20. When bulk creating timeslots don't put them over closed holidays.

    Right now, when you bulk create time slots they post on posted holidays that the studio is closed. You have to manually go in and remove them from those closed days.
